Deliver was quick. Items were as described. Many even had tags on them and were newer worn. Loved my selections. A few items that I received I felt were a little over prices, but over all a good value for my money.

I've had a great experience shopping, buying and getting a refund too. Customer service is quick and friendly. They have their act together!

I love thrift store shopping for clothing, but I live in a very rural area in a rural state. Thred Up allows me to find great clothes (so many choices) at a great price and have them shipped right to my door. I found some wonderful pieces for my wardrope. They were priced well and arrived quickly. I will shop thredUp again.

The items are exactly as described. Return process is easy and fair. I am hooked. It is so enjoyable to shop on the site- I do it daily because, well, they have new stuff daily! The filters for size, colors, price etc are important to use because you could spend hours looking through stuff. The web site is very smart, very shopper friendly.

I bought practically new clothes at such low price! The quality of the clothes was excellent. I have already gotten so much wear out of all of them!

I have shopped at thredUP 4 or 5 times now and I cannot believe how much inventory they have, how quickly the things arrive and how easy it is to return if your not happy. Couple those services with the cute packaging and I believe you have a winning combination. I have found really nice things for much less than retail and many of the items I have bought still have tags. I have nothing but good experiences here.

I really like the site. I think the search and sort features are wonderful! I wish the pictures were a little better. It's hard to see the details in clothes.

I always shop secondhand for clothes when possible -- but thrift and consignment stores are hard to search through, and with sites like Ebay you just never really know what you're going to get. ThredUp is neither of those! Huge selection, decent merchandise, well organized and searchable, good pictures, and -- the best part -- measurements! As an ultra-petite person, that alone is worth everything to me. I love this site!

Teo of the items were bigger than I anticipated. The sequin dress was a bad fit & sequins started falling off immediately. One of the items (a sweater) I was very pleased with, I will most likely shop again though

No use of items for consignment, little value from store credit, I would have preferred payment over credit
