I found this website on Facebook and love it. It's description of the items are accurate and the prices are fair. Extremely fast shipping and packed so nicely.
One sweater was listed as "has some wear." It's a hole in the knit right on the chest. No hiding that. The other sweater was labeled 1x but in reality it fits a woman's medium. That's a mfr problem though. Fortunately my daughter claimed it.

The purses were as described, and in very good shape. One had a small rip at the zipper, but shouldn't be a problem. Love the value for the price!
I have now ordered twice from thredUP and I love it! The clothes are high quality, and the pieces I have received are new, some with the tags still on; yet, the price cannot be beat! I saved so much money! I will definitely be back!
My first time on the site I found great designer clothes at good prices. Now it's seems that the site is filled with clothes from Target and other low end brands at prices you could find in store. It's almost impossible to find anything of higher quality since you can't filter out the cheap stuff.

This has nbeen the second time I have shopped with threadup.com. I enjoy know I will get exactly what I ordered and it's processed and mailed out quickly. Customer service has show to be very helpful and handled my order with curiosity.
Clothes are inexcellent condition. Only thing helpful would be to know if a size is running large or small. I've had to send back items that would fit in other brands and this is the only hard part about shopping for clothes online

I love everything I have purchased from thredUP (all maternity items), and will definitely purchase again/recommend to friends. However, there were issues with my last shipment. One of my items is missing from my box (although it is listed on the packing slip they sent with it). I logged in to the site to send a message, but see now in my orders that they removed that item and credited me. Would have been nice to be notified in some way that I was not going to receive one of my items! No idea what happened or why I am not getting that item, but at least I am not being charged for it.
