All my items shipped quickly and were in excellent condition! I forgot to apply my 40% off code and they did that for me, and also refunded me fully for a shirt I bought that wasn't quite up to their usual standards. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service.
The number and quality of products on thredup.com is excellent. However, the site itself needs some work.
1. Need high res images
2. Need better lighting and more/different angles
3. Descriptions should be more thorough. For example, a blazer I sent in went up on the site described as "black". However, it's actually an iridescent gray, black and blue blazer. Because the photos have poor lighting and are low quality, this may not be evident to the consumer and result in a dissatisfied purchase. I have also skipped purchasing MANY products because I couldn't see detail in the photo.
3. More filtering options: for tops/dresses - sleeve length.
4. Categorization of dresses is often inaccurate. Understood that some dresses could be either casual, work, etc, but I've seen things like silver mini cocktail dresses categorized as casual.
Four very lovely Kate Spade handbags are my first purchases from thredUP. I have always loved the Kate Spade iconic shape, but I could never justify paying retail for it.
When I discovered the thredUP prices and the detailed descriptions of their items, I realized that some things are worth waiting for.

I've ordered twice from Thred-UP. Not disappointed, great value. Both Shoes and Boots arrived as described.
I love what I've ordered so far - everything fits perfectly, is in great condition, and I've saved a tone of money. But the shipping takes ages - the confirmation emails says between 3-8 days, which is bit of a wide margin, but when I track my packages, the delivery time is in the 10-12 day range. I guess I'm too used to Amazon, but the length of delivery time is a bit annoying.

My items arrived earlier than expected. I tried them on and the skirt ordered--the fit isn't what I expected, nonetheless I decided to keep since the deal was so good. The hassle top reform return would be wasteful. I'm sure I can find a use for it. No complaints, just the normal when ordering online. I would order again. My only grievance is that my referral discount was going to expire before I was ready to use it. I wish that the time frame were extended or at least 3-6months. I had planned on a much larger purchase and that would've helped. Hopefully that will change in the future.

It was so easy to order on line, can see the back and front of the garments, can search by brand, size and other options. I received my order in a timely manner in a polka dot package in the mailbox. Opening the package, I found the beautiful clothes folded and wrapped in tissue wrap with an "Enjoy!" sticker. Everything fit perfectly! Thanks.
