The clothing I received was not really what I tend to wear. I selected that I liked darker tone clothing and I was constantly getting white clothing. They even had the audacity to send me a shirt that was obviously an error. How you say? The inside of the shirt had the design on it and looked really faded due to that. You can't ask for exchanges unless sizing isnt right but why would I wear a misprint?
I will give it to them that they gave me 2-3 outfits, but I've used there services for almost 4 months.
Its difficult to cancel as they try to make it impossible. Then different reps reply as to confuse you. I find it even more confusing how their are different "women" that responded throughout the experience, but once I had to threaten to cancel my account, all of a sudden a guy sends an email. This company uses shady tactics and uses social media to look good. Definitely cant trust a company that isnt for its customers and more on scamming people who use social media. I highly recommend using a different service that can actually respond to people who are paying money for a service.
Not recommended at all. One of the worse experience in buying from them. No returns only exchange if you keep the membership

I think that they took my money and just bought some $#*! at Marshall's or TJ Maxx. Clothes don't fit and they refuse to exchange for sizes that do fit.

I've had good experiences with threadbeast, the clothes I've received are really nice, this will be my 4th box, pretty much everything I received I wear, and I love the clothes, some people you just can't satisfy, I think there great! Looking forward to the next package. Thanks threadbeast!
This company is no where near legit, they sent me a shirt with a ross tag still on it. They say they are top quality, but you will be highly disappointed. After my experience I decided to read reviews and watch some videos. Literally one video had some of the same stuff mine did. There is a company called steal deal which buys defected or clothes that won't sell. This is the same company look them up same warehouse address

Worse website I've ever worked with. I will never do business with thread beast ever again. They lie and tell you you can cancel whenever and than turn around and charge you when you want to cancel. If I could ever recommend enough to not do something… this is it. Please don't get stuck in the lies like I have. Very disappointing and the worse part is "Dominic" the live agent I spoke to today told me "Your wrong and should have known what you signed up for. " This is some of the worse customer service I have ever seen. Makes me nauseous.

This is by far the worst subscription I've ever been a part of. Don't subscribe unless you're ready to make a lifetime commitment. I've tried to cancel my subscription for 6 months now and they tell me "it's not possible". Threadbeast is a joke.

Stay far the fu*k away from this subscription box! It's the worst and it's hard to cancel, and they will cancel when they want to and will keep changing your card. It's really not cool at all! You have been warned, and the clothing is $#*!. If I could I would give them 0 to negative stars!

The clothes they pick out for you is god awful, the "fits" they pick for you are a joke, costumer service is nonexistent. If you're really considering subscribing to Threadbeast, don't. If you think you might get lucky getting clothes thats worth more than you paid for, you're wrong. You'll save more money buying your own clothes.

What I thought would cancel my subscription put it on a temporary 'suspension' for a few months?
They do not send out reminder emails regarding up coming subscription fees and there is no clear indication on their website regarding how to cancel.
Like many of these other reviews, I had to pay for an additional (and unwanted) box before they would cancel it.
This just isn't how you do things.
I notified them promptly and asked to reverse the charge instead of disputing directly with my bank.
The order wasn't even shipped at this point, still "processing"
I wasn't unsatisfied with my boxes in any ways, but now I will not be ordering again.

The company is pretty clever. They don't tell you when you sign up but essentially you are forced to buy another subscription box just to cancel your subscription. When I revoked usage of my card they continued to send me nasty emails to add my card information back.
I also ended up getting around paying them so I thought I would share. I ended up putting old inactivate card information right before the next payment. However, be warned the company will still blow up your inbox weeks later.

Unless you're 12 years old steer clear. Customer service is rude, quality of clothes 1/10. Slides were too small. Mind you this was my first box. You would think they would pump it up to make me excited. I haven't worn Calvin Klein shirts in 10 years. They don't give refunds. I literally put in my preference I only wear dad hats. They sent me a big $#*! trucker hat. Worst $100 I ever spent to just donate the clothes to a 12 year old.

This business should be shut down. After Multiple times being told to reconsider canceling because if you cancel you can't get refunds or exchanges. The service talks about how they will give you bonus clothes which consist of a bunch of random flea market items. Par for them is lie lie lie. I have canceled three times and this time I'm pursuing this with my bank to file a charge back. I have 4 boxes that are filled with junk that is the truth. Look around there's better services out there that will let you exchange. This company won't let you even exchange your box. I've called them only to get long hold times and no response.

The first 2 boxes were good, but they sent me 2 $#*!s back to back and they said that they would make up for it and they didnt, they sent me the SAME DAME SHIRT just in cotton. Also I paid $125 for shoes and they didnt send me anything to go with it, not jeans... how u gonna send shoes and no Jean's for shirts to match? On the like yall sent me it showed fits. Ingot crap. Cancel my subscription.

I strongly suggest you dont use threadbeast. There some scammer that will lie to you and not let you end the subscription. Only got brands for middle school kids. Most of the time they get the sizes wrong. Lately packages are super late. Just a huge SCAM WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Everytime I get a box there's maybe 1 or 2 things that I like. There's no returning and the customer service is a joke. I mistakenly resubbed trying to look at what they had and emailed them literally a minute after and they said sorry we can't cancel you order we have a no refund policy. She stated they box was "already packed". So within 2 minutes their guys of specialized team of people picked the best clothes for me and boxed it up. No way! They just either say that so they don't have to refund you or they literally just toss whatever in a box for you with no thought an call it a day. Either way is a big SCAM and RIPOFF. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Threadbeast.

Not sure how this company is still in business. They provide less than sub par clothing with no return, exchange or refund policy. This would have to be the worst clothing box company I have ever subscribed to. Very misleading with their advertisements on Instagram and other social media platforms. Do not waste your money.
