To say my clothes have outlived their purpose. And not sure I will be here once the clothes I were come back into style. Recently divorced. And tired of folding the same 20 tshirts and 3 pairs of pants with random polos and collared shirts. I have no identifiable style. A mishmash of seasons, fitment, and some downright atrocious combos. I left it to anyone but me. Box two is in route. I was iffy at best with what was sent. To my surprise. "Hey, where did you get those clothes". They ain't talking to me, I turn around looking for some fly $#*! threads. Oh. Me. Shocked. Was pretty much confirmation. And stacks of confidence. Like them boxes are gonna be. CUDOS
Receive 3 versions of 2xL and each one fits differently, once I figured out which one fitted best I did the review of the product through the QR code and submitted it to stylist so that they can get a better idea I what I like and fits. The selection was on point and had a variety of styles just like I selected. Great Job on versatility!
I sub to the premium plan and thus far every item I have received has been on par with my expectations. From the tops to the bottoms onto the accessories everything has been! Overall from the product to the customer service ThreadBeast has not disappointed! Got a customer who really is saving a trip to them Malls lol

Every box that I got I loved. It fit my style well wether I am in the cold or sun. Perfect always come correct. I highly recommend. All the urban style right here for half the cost.

I called customer service to get a refund right after it was charged from my account and cancel my subscription since it wasn't as close as advertised and what I got in return was complete rudeness and un professionalism saying they started working on it and we can't refund and we're gonna close the account because we have zero tolerance for this and then they hung up on me. Whoever is working customer service should be fired immediately. What a joke of a company instead of wanting to maintain customers for the long run they're moving in a hit and run concept. Horrible company don't get fooled.

My niece convinced my son that the clothes from this subscription service were great. I usually look at reviews but didn't in this case...HUGE mistake! The clothes were not of good quality, and not at all the style he put on his profile. He is an athletic kid and these looked like they were chosen for a skater boy from a Ross Store. They were loud, weird and just plain ugly. When I went to reach out to return the box that's when the problems began...a subscription clothing service that doesn't accept returns? WHAT? Wow! I was shocked. Looks like I will apparently have to eat the 60 bucks and make a run to Goodwill. Ugh!

Horrible customer service paused subscription under false pretenses and was charged again once it continued. Tried to receive a refund although I have not received the package. They will not refund me or accept the package if I return it. Once I mentioned dispute the representative I was speaking to Liz informed me that was the magic word and the can re-route the package and not longer due business. Which I was fine with! Once she returned after having my hold to confirm she mentioned she couldn't do anything.
This company, app, subscription is a total scam. I kept getting items I did not like and was very cheap, clearance rack immature clothes.

First, the clothes were significantly lower quality than the brands listed or that I marked in my style profile.
Second, nothing was aligned to my style profile.
Third, they offer NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Proof that they are indeed a scam.

Past ordered and then canceled. Kept receiving discount offers and decided to try again. Ordered one, didn't have the $ to monthly keep it so requested a pause. Over two weeks before the pause is supposed to end I request to cancel the subscription (no charge has been made during this period) and they are refusing to allow me to cancel the subscription saying it would have had to been right after receiving the last package. What is the point of pausing the subscription if they don't allow you to cancel until you order again. I now am being forced to pay for another package in order to cancel.

Aside from a couple jackets, 2 shirts and a pair of jeans, I didn't want to keep anything these fools sent. Out of 5 items from each box 1or 2 are worth keeping. Anytime I try to cancel they send a copy pasted email as a runaround. Meanwhile they go behind ya back and take more money like whores! I had to change my Debit card! I work 2 jobs, I ain't got the time to play with these corny $#*!es! That 2-faced, thieving $#*! Courtney heard me say on the phone I was canceling. Yet here I am short another $100. They'll ask if you want to exchange clothes you don't like and send back more BULL$#*!! You can't resale the $#*! they send ya! No one with common sense or taste will buy from that weak $#*! box you got! Damn near all the clothes they pick looks like some dumb $#*! my Ma would buy. I'll be lucky if I ever break even!
