I got very disappointing with their service. When I received my first boxes, I told them I didn't like some of the items, and they told me, they are going to give $100-150 feee bonus items for the disappointment of the items I'm the first boxes. When I received the second boxes, was more expensive with less items and with same kind of items I didn't like the first time. When I email them to cancel I explained my dissatisfaction and want to cancel and get my money back. I didn't hear from them. Just cancel the account and that's it.

@ThreadBeast is the worst business I've ever encountered. They send you "mystery boxes" that should be based on style preference, but what shows up couldn't be further from the style you selected. Best part, you can't return items for a refund. You only can exchange. Stay away! I've also never been so disrespected by a customer service rep in my life

Out of two boxes so far and ten pieces of clothing I only wear two of them the rest is some run of the mill bs they advertised sign up for a free pair of shoes then told me I had to get a different package so I got different packages then they said I had to do it at first, then sent some cheap shirts as a bonus for them screwing me around

Threadbeast is great the style is cool cuz they switch up wvery box u get u don't just get the same clothes, I'm satisfied with the shoes they sent me so far, THE ONLY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT I GET 4 or 5 sweaters, hoodies n jackets in every box,
Horrible company will only give you one chance to exchange clothes, if you don't like like they only exchange one Time. The clothes I didn't like and sent back, they resent the same clothes. Then proceed to tell me to bad you are stuck with the clothes. They said it was in my signed agreement. Never again

ThreadBeast is a horrible company, do NOT sign up for a subscription, they will send you garbage and there is no way to cancel. Beware!

When I initially subscribed to Threadbeast I was excited. At the time they selected pretty decent clothing. As the years went on the quality of the clothing went down, drastically. Pieces of thread continuously kept coming out, the quality of the shirts were beyond poor. No matter how much I change my style on my profile, they can never seem to get it right. I would be lying if I didn't say I liked select few items, but overall it's a no. It's like 10% of the time you may find something you like but the other 90% of the time you get something you don't like. I cannot emphasize how poor the quality of the clothes you receive. It's like you receive the shirts from companies that were drafts and never made it to the selling market. Please DO NOT waste your money on a subscription. You are better off going to the mall and purchasing your own clothes. They also make it very hard to cancel your subscription, so to save you time don't subscribe. Special shoutout to Thomas who works there. He helped me with all my troubles. It's mainly the women that work there who give you the hardest time in my experience.

I canceled in Oct. They charged me again and won't cancel the shipping and refund. Huge scam. They are insisting that they have an email confirming that I paused my account, but its only from their end and no where in my emails, meaning I didn't receive it. Terrible customer service.

I initially got the box with some free shoes cause I was interested in updating my wardrobe and the shoes were low quality fell apart fast and the cloths they sent me had nothing to do with what I asked I reached out and they added extra items to my next box those added items WORTHLESS so I paused my account and while my account was paused they charged me $157 for another box and they don't accept refunds so I requested items for my loyalty points and canceled my account so they didn't charge me again and now because I made sure they couldn't charge me they refuse to send me the items for my loyalty points the customer support said that if I ever purchase another box I'll get a single extra item total waste of time and money just buy the cloths yourself!

They send you random clothes that don't match your style profile and don't fit. They then force you to keep the clothes. Customer service is absolutely rude and said "it's a surprise service" that's why you get what you get whether it matches your style profile or not.

They make it so hard for you to cancel you can't just login and cancel your subscription you have to call between a certain time and cancel. You also cannot email them to cancel it either which ticked me off because i'm an email they told me to email a cretain address to cancel and then they proceeded to tell me that i could not cancel even though that's had not prepared my package because i had paused my subscription and then they changed me the $60 just so i could cancel the damn subscription because they already but in their "design choices" aka they threw some $#*! in a box that they got for pennies on the dollar to charge you and overly marked up price for. Hopes this helps you before you make the mistake of starting a subscription with one of the worst fashion subscriptions that exist

They force you to keep your subscription, and you only have 7 days to cancel it after you review your box. I've been trying to cancel with them and they just give me the run around and consistently try to charge my card. Depending on who you get (mainly if it's a guy) they will help but the main broads on the emails ( Courtney or Samira) will not help you and they will give you the run around. It's pricey and you're better off going to the mail and buying what you want. My dude don't wear half the stuff they send unless it's a shirt or the boxers. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time with them. It's like they charge what they want every month. I went from paying only 76 buck to 90 and now they are charging me 102 for a basic subscription.

Signed up for about 2 minutes, realized that there was no option to return items I did not like and when I called to cancel they refused to give me a refund. I was a member for TWO MINUTES! Told them that I would dispute the charge if they did not issue refund and then they hung up on me and refused to answer any questions. DONT SIGN UP!' HUGE MISTAKE!

This service will send you clearance rack junk that you can buy online or in store for fractions of the cost they claim it is worth. If you call them on their prices, they will fall back on "That was the original MSRP." Customer service will make you jump through a variety of hoops to get any resolution. I have spent more time trying to get some sort of answers on the low quality clothing I was sent than it would have taken mme to shop for the items myself. They are also selling what appear to be used clothing. Avoid avoid avoid. Terrible service.

Worst subscription service ever worst service, total rip off, and thier clothes are of subpar quality. If you want to cancel, good luck, they give you a hard time and charge you again when you cancel, even after you tell them you do not want any of their clothes because they are so blah, so they send you more and charge you after you ask to cancel.

Jade from threadbeast was very rude I tried to change my method of payment online to a card that didn't have funds on it because there's no way to cancel online they held onto my other card somehow and charged me immediately when I got paid I called in and jade answered she said that I had a 7 day window to cancel so I'm not getting the refund? So I told her that I will just dispute the charge if they don't give me my money she hung up right in my face. Very terrible customer service jade from threadbeast is a straight $#*!.
