Waited 5 months with them saying product was back ordered. When I asked for a refund they said they gave my money back but never did. Wouldn't buy a light bulb from these morons.

I orders some headlights for 79.99 and canceled the next day over the phone.The guy i spoke with said he would cancel because they hadn't been shipped out yet.So then i get the headlights couple days later and still charged. So then i contact company after several messages and i am informed that they was shipped out and couldn't cancel.Not how is that when it wasn't shipped when i called and was told it was cancelled. Then i take the package back to post office and ship back.The next day i get a return label. I already shipped day prior from the lack of communication w this company. Then i am informed that i will be charged a 20 percent fee restock fee and shipping. For something i cancelled and was (told clearly it was cancelled)something i returned back before this company event communicated with me.So i get charged 40.00. Now how is that 20 percent a be a shipping fee for something i canceled before it shipped! This should all be on the company! I don't know how this company makes it. Oh yeh charging people this way! Take ur business elswhere! I recommend never buying something from here again! Poor communication, poor customer service, and poor business. I have never did business with anyone that would still charge a customer when they did everything they should of to cancel and they didn't do their job! This charges should never been charged! Take your business elsewhere!

Placed my order two weeks ago, so I decided to email them about it. Got an immediate reply saying my items were back ordered with no ETA on when those parts would be restocked or ready to ship. If I hadn't inquired about my order, how long would I have waited to hear back from them? Would I have received any updates if I hadn't reached out. Think twice before ordering from this website.

I ordered very expensive Blilstein shocks for my motor home. It took several weeks to get it into the shop after receiving them. Mechanic found they were the wrong shocks. The correct ones were even more expensive but I asked to send the old ones back and purchase the new ones. No dice. Even though the shocks were still in the box, it had been over 30 days so they flatly refused. Bought my shocks at another source. I will never again do business with TH Motorsports.

Ordered a complete gasket set off their website. Stated originally that "ships next day, should deliver in 2 days", that was on the 22nd of September. Have seen nothing, not even a shipping number. Contacted the company on the 30th inquiring about the order and shipping confirmation number. Received an automated response that said I would get an answer within 24 hours. Attached to that email was a confirmation of my order with tracking finally, and when I opened it. It showed that the company just processed and shipped my order on the 30th of September after I sent that email asking about it? Also looking at it stated that the item was delivered 1 October, but not until 1530 on 2 October did it actually arrive. Never heard anything back and contacted them again on 1 October inquiring again about the item and shipping and if there would be any kind of reimbursement for my lost time from work and the fact my vehicle has been waiting for these parts. Received an email back 2 October telling me the shipping confirmation was sent with the first email and they were sorry. Nothing more. Nothing about reimbursement or anything else.
Do not use this company for any reason. Do not hesitate to contact any other business out there even ebay other than these people. If the quality of their product is as bad as their customer service and business practices, I am going to have to wait more time finding another set of gaskets and delay even longer.
Black list this company from all dealings.

Order a Lowering kit that said arrives usually in two days. 11 days later I called to find out what was going on, they said, it ships tomorrow. 3 days later said package arrives without all the parts required to lower my sons' truck. I call and go back a fourth with people who know nothing, then I get an email with a return label, and letting me know that my first shipping cost would not be returned to me. And that I need to run around to a UPS store to return because the missing parts will not be in until September. I called and get no help! Stay away they knowingly shipped an incomplete kit! Terrible company.

Beware, accidentally ordered part due to unclear description. Order placed but I immediately informed minutes after I realized wrong part was ordered, contact and emailed customer service to cancel. Day or two I was told too late to cancel just to contact and return. When I received and returned I was charged a restocking fee and return label fee (total $95) Now I was told that it was not their fault as I placed the order after hours. Very disappointed on my experienced with THMotorsport.

Ordered a exhaust system from these clowns, I waited 1 month for them to only refund me without any explanation, then when I called thmotorsports, the receptionist was talking so fast I could not understand this fag, all I heard from his rambling was the part was no longer available and gave an excuse on why it was unavailable, I just hung up on his stupid $#*!. I DONT TIME FOR GAMES, "$#*! THMOTORSPORTS" I'm going somewhere else for proper business and accurate communication and information.

I ordered a Firestone Air Rite Kit (2592) that THMotorsports AKA Autoplicity advertised as on sale for $957.24. After 5 days I still had not received a tracking number. I called their 1-800 number and after 10 minutes of music I got a customer service person to explain that only their warehouse could provide any updates on my order and the warehouse was currently closed. So I call back later listen to more music for 5 or so minutes, long story short 2 more phone calls and 6 hours later they send me an email stating parts not available for 30 days. I now believe they just hold your money wait for you to contact them try to BS you with excuses. Refund will take 4-5 days. What a ripoff.

Ordered parts, only some arrived. Called in, they said oh, sorry other parts are shipping separately. We'll call the warehouse and send you the other tracking number. They didn't, but one of the parts arrived anyway that day (Friday evening). Call back in, ask where the remaining part is, they say oh sorry, we forgot to ship it, we'll overnight it. Can I have a tracking #? That's not available until 6 p.m. tonight. Call back in, hung up on twice, call back on a different phone, they hang up on me after I explain why I'm calling. Absolutely bull$#*!, and I'm filing a complaint with the credit card to get my money back. Trust me it's not worth the hassle. Avoid THmotorsports.

Like many, I've bought parts from a number of retailers but none have shown the dedicated support and friendly service that THM offers. They really want to help and find you the best price. Every time I call, they answer and it's a hassle-free conversation. I will always be a fan of THM.

Very disappointed in my first dealings with THMotorsports. I ordered a Splitter for my S2000 on August 30th after a Semi blew a tire and destroyed my previous lip. Order process was easy and shortly after I ordered received and email stating it would be a few days before my order shipped. I responded to clarify and was told 3-4 days. I waited until August 12th and finally after not receiving my order or an email from the company, sent a request to find out what was going on. After another day I received an email saying it is expected to be ready to ship by the 24th. After speaking to 2 different individuals at the company, I was told that they take no responsibility for not following up with me and in no way will compensate me for losing a month waiting on an order that originally was to ship in 3-4 days. I have canceled my order and I caution you against ordering from them even if the price seems good because customer service is the last thing you can expect to receive.

BUYER BEWARE: I placed an order from the https://thmotorsports.com/ website on 05/31/18 for Hawk Brakes and EBC Rotors for my 2002 Ford Taurus SES because they seemed to be in stock. I found out a couple days later that they were being drop shipped in 2 separate orders.
First I get a set of Hawk Brakes and then I got a second pair of Hawk Brakes that were sent Priority Overnight and then also the rotors. I first checked my credit card to see if I was double billed for the brakes and I wasnt so then I called TH Motorsports to let them know I received an extra set of brakes that were overnighted to me by error. I asked them to send me a pre-paid return label so that I could return them. I didnt hear anything back so I sent their customer service an email to explain what happened and I was asked to send them a picture of the overnight shipping label which I provided. Next thing going to do the brake job I find out they sent me 2 sets of Hawk Brakes that fit a Honda! After all this back and forth with Michael Novelo and just hearing back saying were working on it I asked him if he can ship me out the Hawk Brakes that fit my 2002 Ford Taurus SES and he told me I would have to place another order which is absurd. I have since had my brakes and rotors replaced and told Michael Novelo to give me a full refund for the order I replaced and send me pre-paid return labels so that I can send everything back. All I keep hearing from him is thank you for your patience we are working on it.
How long does it take to print return labels and refund a credit card? 12 days of numerous back and forth emails and no resolution.

UPDATE:
Since I was getting nowhere with THMotorsports I reached out to where the wrong Hawk Brakes were drop shipped from, THMotorsports ordered them from MOTOVICITY DIST aka SPECMO and CARLISLE BRAKE & FRICTION shipped them directly to me. I have been in contact with CARLISLE BRAKE & FRICTION and this was their response:

This company THMotorsports is not a direct customer of Hawk Performance. Unfortunately, they do not seem like they do not want to reach out and help you. If they were a direct customer of Hawk, we could have contacted them for you and try to straighten things out.

I should have done my homework because there are a bunch of negative reviews about THMotorsports at the Better Business Bureau https://www.bbb.org/chicago/business-reviews/new-auto-parts/th-motorsports-in-chicago-il-*******/reviews-and-complaints?section=reviews&reviewtype=negative and all over the web.

THMotorsports is trying to cover their negative threads by offering people $5.00 for a positive review and even with that people are complaining on not getting the $5.00 for giving them a good review. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headaches and buy from a reputable company that cares about their customers and looks forward to repeat business.
