I chose the whiz cells out of a few others that buy old cell phones pretty much arbitrarily. The shipping/receiving/communication is great. Payment is quick and flexible. My only complaint is that the descriptions given on the site should be more specific and detailed. I for one do not want to waste my time if from the description of the condition of a cell phone I expect X dollars but your definition and offer ends up being a LOT lower. So if by cracked screen you really mean Broken screen - Say so!

Got exactly what I was quoted and it only took about 30 mins for the money to hit my bank after the email link was sent. Just needed to be a little bit more clear on what to do for the instant transfer but it's not hard to figure out.

I can honestly say I was a little skeptical, but followed the steps and a representative reached out to me to provide the shipping label. I sent the phone, they performed the validations and the funds were sent.
