We did get the 4 trees. We planted them and in May we saw some brown spots. Thought it was due to planting. Now in June all 4 are getting very brown. I would like to speak with someone about this please! Thanks Geneva
Didn't have any trouble, nor issues with tree quality. Recommending this place for your future purchases.
Received my order at the right time for plating. Followed instructions on where n how to plant. Water everyday to get the plants n trees adjusted n stable. They are BEAUTIFUL! And doing well
Great product n reasonably priced.
I would order from
I purchased 3 Skip laurels in 5-gal pots ($69.50 per plant delivered), which turned out to be considerably smaller than expected for the price. My fault, I suppose, for not calling to inquire first. 5-6' specimens are selling in excess of $100 locally and online. My plants were only about 20-24" tall because they had been "topped" to fit in cardboard boxes. The root systems and main stems looked like they could have supported way more foliage. Because of this I'm hopeful they will grow rapidly once established. We'll see. On the plus side, all 3 plants arrived in good condition and have been doing well in the ground.
The laurels arrived very well packed in a narrow cardboard box. Despite having spent more than a week in transit, they were healthy plants. FedEx took forever to deliver the plants. I ordered the 5 gal size, and they were a little smaller than I expected. I left them out to acclimate to the new area. One plant was larger than the other. I think the smaller plant had been cut to fit in the box. I planted them within the week, and they are doing nicely now. They are smaller than the ones I planted in November, but I think they will grow. They need a lot of water to get started. So far, so good.
Not much to say: they delivered the trees in a timely manner, guided me by telephone when I had questions. Smooth experience. No complaints. I guess that's a bit rare in this day in age but all went according to plan and I have six healthy trees growing in my backyard.
Received my holly bush. Wonderfully packaged in a box and wrapped so well. The plant was healthy and vibrant! It looks marvelous in my yard. It will especially nice during the winter season!
All plants arrived in wonderful condition. I didn't plant them for 2 weeks because of nightly freezing temperatures. I kept them inside. When I planted them 2 have thrived, but I've done something wrong with the lilac bush- it died almost overnight.
We ordered (2) 3 Gallon Miss Kim Lilac Bushes from the Tree Center. They arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. In only three weeks time they each sent out new healthy shoots. Have never had a plant ordered online & shipped arrive in such excellent condition (fabulous specimens). We couldn't be more pleased. Ken & Sherry (Santa Fe, New Mexico)
Received my trees healthy even when FedEx lost them then wouldn't deliver them. I was so worried they'd be dead or close to it but no. They were still healthy after a week and a half tracking them down. So great packaging for this company! All trees are thriving (my pink lady apple tree might have an issue with red spots but we're taking care of it). I ordered from them again so that's the best reason to try them.
Fast delivery, careful packaging of trees, excellent instructions and quality results! I've ordered a dozen young trees and all prospering and we're delighted.
I received the replacement shrubs for the original shrubs that arrived full of bugs and dying. The shrubs that arrived were weak and anemic looking - but I will do my best to liven them up and plant them!
Great company to do business with. Healthy plants, great directions and tips for growing. Highly recommend
We bought a holly and 2 oakleaf hydrangeas. They arrived promptly via FedEx, in amazing packaging, hefty cartons with internal bracing, plants zip-tied so they couldn't shift around, clearly packaged to tolerate rough handling. Plants were fresh, green, and healthy-looking. Planted next day, by the book. 2 months later all 3 plants have new growth. The hydrangeas had a few leaves turn color, but I'm guessing that's unavoidable stress from transplanting. All seem healthy. Very pleased and would purchase again.
The lilacs were healthy and packaged with care and bloomed beautifully within a month. First time I had the pleasure of seeing and smelling lilacs in almost 50 years! I highly recommend The Tree Center!
I will never EVER order from the tree center again. We bought 16 laurels and all 16 were filled with holes (shot hole fungus) and bugs. We splurged and bought the 5 gallon sized plant to have some heights and ended up having to cut the tree down to nothing after removing all of the Infected leaves and branches. After countless phone calls and emails I have not heard a word rom this company.
No problems at all with my order. Received all my trees and they have been transplanted and are doing great.
Ordered the tree, and they got paid but no communication after that until I asked to cancel the order.
Tree dies and turned yellow 1 week after delivery. Was already rough looking when delivered.
Cant say I would purchase again.
Thank you The Tree Center for such beautiful plants. They were well packaged and arrived earlier than expected. I can't wait to put them in the ground. I have already looked at ordering different plants but you're better out of stock!
The plants we woefully undersized,, they just stuck a 1 qt. Plant in a 2 gallon pot (they couldn't' even stay upright) and charged me $100 per plant. When I complain they offered me $25 coupon off my next purchase or near worthless plant. Will never buy from them again. The plants were worth about $15/per plant. They're tiny and came in bad shape. So I spent $200 for $30 worth of plants in bad shape.
Answer: Do you have avocado trees in any of these varieties? Bacon Brogden Fuerte May Winter Mexican
Answer: They had the tree that I was looking for. Packaged perfectly. Quick ship. Beautiful, healthy and green. Even came with Christmas wrap on the pot. Nice touch. I was very pleased.
Answer: Never tried to get hold of customer service I've had no need to.
Answer: Hello! The 3 gallon Skip Laurels are going to be about 2-3 feet tall, and the 5 gallons are going to be about 3-4 feet tall. You will want to plant these between 2 to 3 feet apart, so, if you have a 20 foot wall, you'll need between 7-10 plants to suffice that space. Hope that helps!
