They arrived well-packaged, with instructions, and I haven't managed to kill any of them yet. My track record with trees and shrubs is pretty spotty, so I'm not really qualified to tell a good one from a bad one. (Only three of the eight trees from last fall, bought from a local orchard, made it through the winter.) But the process was really smooth, the instructions on the site and with the packaging were really helpful, and I'm hoping for the best.
Packaging was great, received in a timely manner. They look great in my yard and doing very well. I will be ordering again from The Tree Center and referring my friends to do so as well.
Liked the method of packaging. And it was timely received that I only had to follow the basic water instructions and planted Don't have a photo now but, will take one and share with you when they cover the area planted.
Great service. Of the five thujas in the box two were tossed around by the delivery service but they survived.
My local nurseries did not have any berry bearing dwarf holly bushes. The ones I received in the mail were perfect. They are just the right size and I can keep them that way with minimal trimming. Even though delivery was delayed by two days because of the protesting, The bushes were in perfect condition. And continue to thrive.
I love the new bushes I got, they are perfect for my landscape. It was easy to place the order and I got them in a reasonable amount of time
The dogwood arrived in good shape very healthy look foward to it's natural beauty threw out the year. I have order thru you guys 4 times and no dissapointments
Had three orders this spring; shopped online due to Covid. First shipment of Thuga Green Giants was great; Norway Spruce was also great quality; second shipment of Bird's Nest Spruces and a small type of Japanese maple were not as good - spruces had some rust and the maple was more like a sapling for the price (they replaced this for free, so kudos there). Third shipment was a Hanoiki Spruce and was in great shape.
Packaged perfectly, have been potted and positioned into our gardens. Plan on purchasing more however, you have many species out of stock making us look elsewhere.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Order was placed easily on user friendly website and order was received before due date. Trees were packaged very well and looked amazing right of of the box.
We will be purchasing again and will be spreading the good word.

I was under the impression having never ordered plants online that when it said instant garden 1 gallon 3 gallon 5 gallons I was paying for a more adult version of the plant so I justified spending $180 on four only to have the box show up and pretty much plant sticks with a few green leaves in my yard. NEVER AGAIN!
Received the trees I ordered in Feb., healthy and are growing well. It was welcome arrival, as it gave me outside activity during a time they were trying to make seniors stay in the house. Instead I bonded with the trees and fresh air.
My Japanese Persimmon tree was delivered timely in a very sturdy container, packed with great care and including a probiotic planting pack. If I every need a special plant or want to order a gift for a friend, I would go back to the Tree Center.
I was highly impressed by the quality of trees and the way that they were packed and shipped. I have recommended to friends. I was actually surprised by all of the negative reviews. I also called to swap one shrub for another. Customer service was helpful that the replacement was substituted without issue. I do think buying local is ideas but I would order from Tree Center again. It was very convenient to have them delivered to my house.
We ordered new Blueberry bushes to replace some that had been cut by our landscaper by accident. The shipping, quality and service we're all excellent even in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic and George Floyd protests. We'll be back for more soon!
uncrated my trees immediately and watered them well. I planted them about 24 hours later. Watering them thoroughly ever other day. I have some healthy evergreen trees growing. Worked Holly tone into my planting soil around the trees. I will reapply in Fall.
Purchased and planted this in late April. Description stated that it's a fast growing versatile plant. It's not. We are disappointed because it is basically the same size now 1½ later.
The 2 rhododendrons look to have been in excellent condition when packed. But it's pandemic time, delivery people are overburdened, and the "this side up" markings were tiny. The package was left on end, one of the 5 gal pots broke loose and fell onto the other, and a lot of damage was done. Both may survive; time will tell.
I ordered a Magnolia tree on March 28th. Delivery scheduled for first week of April. Tree ordered was 5 gallon pail size, literature at the time indicated tree would be 5-7 feet. Lots of phone call, emails and promises later, I received the tree in May. Tree was in a 3.5 gallon pail and approximately 24 inches with the root ball. I messaged Tree Center and got back a BS technical response after a week, trying to tell me the 3.5 gallon pot equated to a 5 gallon pot because of horticulture rules. Never use them again. Rich H
These trees are beautiful and they were packaged perfectly. They're growing already. Love them. Will be ordering again.
Answer: Do you have avocado trees in any of these varieties? Bacon Brogden Fuerte May Winter Mexican
Answer: They had the tree that I was looking for. Packaged perfectly. Quick ship. Beautiful, healthy and green. Even came with Christmas wrap on the pot. Nice touch. I was very pleased.
Answer: Never tried to get hold of customer service I've had no need to.
Answer: Hello! The 3 gallon Skip Laurels are going to be about 2-3 feet tall, and the 5 gallons are going to be about 3-4 feet tall. You will want to plant these between 2 to 3 feet apart, so, if you have a 20 foot wall, you'll need between 7-10 plants to suffice that space. Hope that helps!
