Beautiful specimen. So pleased I ordered again yesterday and am ordering again today. I can't think of a better company to order from. Thank you.
I have ordered trees and shrubs several times now from The Tree Center, with mixed results from quality of product—from excellent to mediocre (I wouldn't have chosen the particular item if I were shopping in person; would have chosen a better one or gone without)—and results of shipping (from excellent to several broken branches). Also, $$ spent to get free shipping has gone up a whopping 50! Don't need the new fancy enclosures introduced in 2020; the less expensive ones were just fine!
Ordered three trees, all arrived in good shape, but I was disappointed with two of the trees had the tops or heart of the tree cut off to fit in the box. I planted all three trees, but the two with the tops cut out look really bad.
Read some not-Sonics reviews. My order was promptly delivered and I planted them as per instructions. Waiting to see if all is well but they look great.
I bought two Mountain Fire Pierus 2 Gallon Plants from your company. One was perfect the other was quite a bit smaller and weaker. I have purchased from you several times in the past and have always received beautiful plants. I was a little disappointed this time. The weaker plant is not growing as well as the other plant.
The website was very user friendly. Everything was easy. My bushes came when expected and they were beautiful and packed so well! I would definitely order from The Tree Center again.
I bought a shrub at a premium price and it died after 4 months. The same species was purchased at Lowe's 3 years ago and are thriving in the same spot, same care. Lowe's has a one year guarantee and Tree center only guarantees if you buy a plan.
I think if you don't buy the plan they send you second rate stuff.
The two large plants I ordered arrived in good shape but this was the condition of the hydrangea. It has subsequently dried up. Disappointing.
Well packaged and fed before transit with FedEx... the health and quality of my dogwoods and Japanese maple were first rate.
My Hollywood Juniper arrived well packaged and was ready for planting. "Junie B" appears healthy so we'll see how the next 30-days go!
One concern about the top of the tree bending, due to the packaging I'm sure, but how long before that resolves itself? Otherwise, very, very pleased... I would highly recommend the Tree Center. I will be back for an American Red Maple... stand by!
Received beautifully packed and nicely shaped! I will be planting it next week and am looking forward to decorating it for xmas when it grows up a bit
I wouldn't buy this again total waste of money. The first fwe day it was doing good but i doint know what happened to it it starting wiltingvery bad we tried everything but it still going down i an very disappointed for what i paid for iti wish i could get a refund for it or a replacement at least
I received my tree quickly. The tree center packaged it very well and the soil was still moist when I opened the box. My concern is more related to the carrier who left the package on my walkway laying on the side.
Shipment was fast, service was intelligent and friendly, and foremost, the plants showed up in terrific fashion! Be back soon Tree Center for another load.
These people put a lot of care into their work. My Italian Cypress trees are like my new babies. They are out of the ordinary- wouldn't find these at my local garden center!
I got my Black Diamond Crepe Myrtle this past Sunday. It was delayed due to the holiday. He is doing well between my watering and the rain. I named him Blaze as he is the crimson flowering one. I am waiting on my stake kit to arrive. He is doing well. Will definitely purchase from the tree center again. I think i want a couple more for the backyard.
Nice and packed and neatly arrived. Healthy tree and fast delivery. I recommend this company... very nice and quick customer service
Given the options for online nursery orders, know that the choices are wide, the stated sizing more or less accurate, the shipping out speed, and actual packing perfection.
During social distancing [due to Covid19] I used this company for 1-2 months. I have been purchasing plants and trees for 10 years or more. They are without doubt the worst for customer service and value.
Here is a typical appearance of the bushes and trees once they arrived (below).
I had 7 arborvitae die within 2 weeks, all the same way, despite being placed in several different locations. I think they were exposed to cold along the way. I took pictures and submitted them online: they lost the email and would not reimburse me because I did not purchase the 1 year warranty.
I placed a large order - it never showed up. I contacted them 1 month after the purchase and they said 'sorry, we will have it out shortly.' Then two months after the order, I receive email saying that the order is cancelled. Okay. But you would think they would be willing to work with me on replacing the order. But no; it's been such a pain working with the customer service. You simply receive a 1 line email response each time.
Stay away.
Ordered the trees on a Sunday and they were scheduled to be delivered a week from Monday but they actually showed up on the previous Friday which was a pleasant surprise. I planted them that evening and it looks like they should work out well.
Answer: Do you have avocado trees in any of these varieties? Bacon Brogden Fuerte May Winter Mexican
Answer: They had the tree that I was looking for. Packaged perfectly. Quick ship. Beautiful, healthy and green. Even came with Christmas wrap on the pot. Nice touch. I was very pleased.
Answer: Never tried to get hold of customer service I've had no need to.
Answer: Hello! The 3 gallon Skip Laurels are going to be about 2-3 feet tall, and the 5 gallons are going to be about 3-4 feet tall. You will want to plant these between 2 to 3 feet apart, so, if you have a 20 foot wall, you'll need between 7-10 plants to suffice that space. Hope that helps!
