My tree arrived before expected time. Very well packaged-just be careful when removing to keep dirt intact. Planted the 2' tree next day. Tree was in good shape with a few leaves on it and a very small abrasion on trunk. Been in the ground about 2 weeks and no growth yet but looks to be thriving. Hoping next Spring will begin growing and leafing. Yes, I would recommend this company. Will definitely purchase more.
I am so very impressed with my order from The Tree Center. The packaging was out of this world. You almost needed a bomb to get the packages opened. The plants/shrubs were not going anywhere. Even inside the box, I could see the care that went into packing everything just right. The quality of the plants/shrubs is outstanding. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I have never spent this much on plants/shrubs before but can say you get what you pay for! I will definitely be doing business again with The Tree Center.
I love this brand. I've purchased A LOT of trees and shrubs this past month and they all arrived quickly (within a week via fed x), very nicely packaged and without much damage to the plant. And their website is great! Easy to navigate with good photography. Have already been recommending them to my friends. All my trees/shrubs are planted and have received some good soaking rains and are ready for winter with a good coat of mulch. See ya in the spring!
Do NOT purchase a tree from this site. I purchased a warranty for 3 Blue Spruce Trees. I even forwarded my invoice receipt clearly stating that the trees have a 1-year warranty. Their response was that it was a technical glitch that has been fixed, and too bad, so sad. I spent $100 per tree and two of them died. One was because the root ball became dislodged during shipping, killing the corona roots, and therefore the tree eventually. I have purchased plants from several other sites and have never had a problem. I will never purchase from TTC again.
My tree came very well packaged, in great condition, with new growth on the top. Î been in the ground a week and appears very healthy. I would order again.
Shrubs were good size (3 gallon) and I planted them on a day that we were expecting a full day of rain the next day. That certainly helped.
Two trees within a couple of days of placing order. Thought trees looked fine for being shipped. It's been 2 weeks, still holding a few green leaves. Now October so trees are dropping leaves. Utilized planting instructions, so looking for a good spring.
All shrubs arrived in good shape. The dogwood tree was showing signs of stress. All have been planted and appear to be doing well. The dogwood seems to be recovering. I would order from them again.

This is the first time I have ordered from The Tree Center, but I will definitely order again. The order process itself was very easy. The trees I ordered came quickly. The way the trees were packaged and shipped was top notch, don't think I've ever seen better! The trees themselves were beautiful and healthy looking. Prices were also reasonable - I ordered 3 Norway Spruce and got them cheaper than just one would've cost me here locally. Thank you Tree Center!
We really love our Dwarf English Hedges. They came packed very well and still fresh. They look great when we received them and we planted right away in our backyard. We can't wait until it grows bigger. I will leave another review when they grow bigger and beautiful and then I might give them 5 stars. I do recommend this place and would buy something again from the Tree Center.
Both plants arrived in great condition and they are doing very well after planting and following the planting guidelines. Very pleased!
I would not recommend them given the high price and all the problems with the order. I spent so much time calling them, e-mailing them, then placing a complaint with the BBB.
All shrubs came on time and in tact. Unfortunately, the Hydrangea plant was semi eaten by deer when left out for the night even though I selected it because it was supposedly deer resistant. I planted it anyway with a fence around it and hope it will bounce back.
The trees/shrubs arrived on time. The packaging was nicely done and kept the branches from being damaged. They were healthy and very true to size ordered - full of color and branches. Put them in the ground and hoping to see them grow quickly!
Lovely trees, well packaged, healthy, and delivered quickly. The first order was sent to the wrong address, but the company made up for it with a $25 discount on another order, so we ordered two more. We purchased the warranty, too, so if something happens in the next year, they will be replaced. These are beautiful trees, and I can't wait for them to grow taller to make a light and privacy shield. Thank you for a great experience.
