My daughter asked for a bay leaf plant for her birthday and The Sill took care of that request with a gorgeous bay laurel bush. It's so beautiful and healthy and delivery was very fast.

Ordered an olive tree and a Norfolk Island pine with their matching pots for a birthday. They look even better in person than on the website. Unfortunately one of the pots arrived broken but the customer service team went above and beyond to get it replaced and I received a new pot in no time!

Have always had good luck with receiving great products from The Sill. My snake plant came with half the soil in the box. Also a new leave looks dried out at the base. Hope it makes it!

I have ordered a handful of plants with Sill. All of them are healthy and beautiful.

I did have a saucer from the planter arrive broken. Customer service was very responsive and replaced the entire planter immediately.

Everything arrived and all were perfect. I can highly recommend The Sill, customer service is great also. I didn't receive part of my order as it was lost in shipment and The Sill sent out a replacement right away.

My plant was wrapped well and secure in it's shipping box. It is a beautiful majesty palm, very little dirt escaped its pot, I sent gifts to my niece and that order is confusing I received a pot first which I didn't realize I ordered. With my plant, then my plant arrived, held to prevent damage due to weather, it's beautiful

The first money tree was delivered in bad shape. Emailed customer service and they delivered a new money tree in much better shape. Beautiful planter and bamboo stand. The plant is lovely. I am very satisfied with their customer support.

I wanted to give plants as a gift. I saw that The Sill had a extensive selection of plants as well as advice on how to maintain and how to pick out the right plants. This is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a gift card so my gift receiver can pick plants that she likes.

Last year you gave both my mother and I such joy when I ordered your orchid subscription as a Christmas gift to her; I just had to repeat the gift again!

Love our little Norfolk Island Pine tree although the pot arrived in several broken pieces 2 times in a row (there was no fragile sticker on the box). The third pot finally arrived intact in time for Christmas. They were very responsive to resolve my broken pot issue!

The olive tree I purchased came in with dirt only in the bottom of the pot. All roots were exposed. I re-potted it and watered. Most of the leaves are about to fall off. I have a feeling its not going to survive. I called customer service a couple of times and each time was on hold until it asked to leave a voicemail. Im going to try again, but leave a message this time.

I've ordered about 8 plants from the sill and each one has been beautiful. The spiral cactus was bigger than I expected it to be (nice surprise) and most plants were delivered when it was below freezing. They were packed with insulation and warming packs. All arrived in great condition except for one that had frost damage. Customer service immediately shipped a beautiful replacement. I love all of the plants that I've ordered here and am especially happy that they make it clear which ones are pet safe!

Our delivery on the actual pot shifted dramatically and it was hard to get a response. We would reorder a plant again but mostly likely not the pot.

I am please with the quick shipping, and the plants were packed very well so they arrived in good condition. They are for a Christmas gift and I'm sure the recipient will be thrilled!

My olive tree came beautifully packaged and cared for. Super healthy and perfect. I couldn't love it more! Now she's living her best life perched on my guest room bathroom counter next to a perfectly sunny window.
