I've ordered about 8 plants from the sill and each one has been beautiful. The spiral cactus was bigger than I expected it to be (nice surprise) and most plants were delivered when it was below freezing. They were packed with insulation and warming packs. All arrived in great condition except for one that had frost damage. Customer service immediately shipped a beautiful replacement. I love all of the plants that I've ordered here and am especially happy that they make it clear which ones are pet safe!

Our delivery on the actual pot shifted dramatically and it was hard to get a response. We would reorder a plant again but mostly likely not the pot.

I am please with the quick shipping, and the plants were packed very well so they arrived in good condition. They are for a Christmas gift and I'm sure the recipient will be thrilled!

My olive tree came beautifully packaged and cared for. Super healthy and perfect. I couldn't love it more! Now she's living her best life perched on my guest room bathroom counter next to a perfectly sunny window.

Very happy with the plant I ordered albeit it did have some cold damage when it arrived. It was packed extremely well and the customer service I received was excellent. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cool plant or pot

The shipper shattered the saucer that goes under the plant pot, again this is not Sill's fault. I glued the three pieces together but it looks really bad.

Absolutely came in time for Christmas and it was exactly what I envisioned for the holiday season. It is so precious and perfect. Healthy and thriving. Packaging was immaculate for the plant and the planter. Great job! Thank you!

Delivery, which should have happened around 12/5/26 was delayed until the 17th. This was a birthday gift, so I was pretty disappointed in the delay, which I didn't understand as the item was a preserved plant product, which should have been ready for shipping upon order.

I was offered a mild discount for the inconvenience.

Hello! Sent this as a gift to my aunt. She loves the lemon tree and said it has a lovely sent. Unfortunately, the message was either missing or hard to find. It would be great to add a card as an addition for gift options. Would happily pay an add'l 3-5 dollars to add a card w/the gift so that the person knows the recipient.

Plants do make people happy! I couldn't resist the sale and purchased 5 plants. They came fast and had cold weather packaging. They are acclimating to their new home before going to my office.

I ordered two Meyer Lemon bushes, sent to two different addresses of people who are helping me navigate a multi-part surgery, as I am alone. (This purchase was a considerable expense for me.) The bushes arrived but neither contained the note I asked for from me. They would not have known I sent them. The note from the sender is an integral part of the order.

Nice sized tree, very healthy, packed and shipped with care. Both the pot and tree arrived as expected and, with notice, I was able to ensure someone was there to bring it in from the cold. It will be an excellent Christmas gift for a plant lady who "doesn't want anything"!

The plant was very carefully packed and came in extremely good shape. It adjusted nicely to the new environment. The instructions and information were clear and helpful.

Plants came healthy and as expected, but one of the pots was chipped on the side. We still kept it as we could turn it around and hide it.
