The Dakine snowboard bag I bought came very quickly within 2 days and was the right size, and in perfect condition, but it was the wrong color. The bag I ordered and the bag I received were both camo but a completely different style and color. After doing some investigation, the color stated was the "Dakine Field Camo", but the picture was actually "Dakine Olive Ashcroft Camo". The Last Hunt had the wrong pictures for what they were selling. I didn't end up sending it back because I actually didn't mine the field camo. This is what you're going to get from the last hunt. Don't trust pictures, triple check everything, brand models, pictures, sizes, etc. The Last Hunt isn't so bad if you're 110% sure on what exactly you're ordering and if you don't know if something will fit don't go with them. Good luck!

They said "The size chart is only an indicator provided by the brand and in no way a guarantee."
When customers are shopping online, it's crucial that they get exactly what they want. This means sizing charts and search filters must be accurate — it's not enough to hope or assume that a brand's products will fit a customer. Agents online should be trained to offer relevant resources and advice, allowing the customer to make an informed purchase.
If you see a deal on The Last Hunt, run in the other direction. The only thing their customer service is good at is to tell you they won't help you. If it doesn't fit, you are stuck with it. Their size chart pointed me to a size and I was pretty confident about it. The garment is way too big. They'll tell you it is not their fault nor their responsibility. I am out $300.
I bought some Keen boots for more than 60% off the regular price. One of the boots had an issue so I emailed them. I got a reply back and was able to return them. I ordered another pair and had no issues. I feel bad for anyone that had issues with the company but they were amazing to me. I have nothing bad to say about them and I'll definitely shop with them again. Communication was find and so was my refund. In order for a return or refund there has to be a defect. They state this on their site
It is a no return policy site and I understood that when i ordered. Issue is that the company has inaccurate descriptions on the website and they refuse to take any responsibility for that. They hide behind their vendors and their response to me was that the description is the one the manufacturer provided. So i was expecting snow pants and i got rain pants instead. They are untrustworthy and unethical. Do not buy from this company.
I purchased a Helly Hanson jacket for my husband in XL which is the size I always purchase for him... and yes I have purchased Helly Hanson before I used to own a ski shop and carried their line. This coat fits more like an XXXL and they refuse to exchange it. I am beyond furious! I am a business owner and understand there are two sides to a story but this is simply not standing behind their products and service. Awful customer service.
I've ordered from them several times, I've always gotten what I ordered - this would be a 5 star review, except that I just received some boots. I sized up as recommended by reviews... still WAY to tight! Unusable for me. It was only now that I fully realized there are no return options. So be very careful with items like boots where sizes can vary SO much (I've been a size 8-8.5 my entire life... this size 9 isn't even close!). Now I'm out a fair chunk of change with absolutely no recourse. Should have paid a bit more to get it from a place where I can return the wrong size.
The company sold me a defective jacket where the zipper is very hard to zip and doesn't remain closed and now are threatening to use my payment method to charge me more in unauthorized transactions to send it back to me if I send back the defective model to them. Avoid buying from these scammers standing behind shoddy customer service and a "small employee base" to buy anything from them no matter the price.
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from The Last Hunt. My first purchase and I was hoodwinked. Almost as bad as those fraudulent phone calls people get. I bought two pairs of pants that were clearly two different greens on the website - a sage green and a taupe green. Too bad I didn't screenshot my order because they switched the wording. Then they sent me two pairs of the same pants. However, they removed the original tag and replaced it with a typed one of their own with a completely different green but they were the exact same pants! They re-labeled the second pair as a beech green. The manufacturer doesn't even sell a beech green. I've emailed them to correct their duplicity and I got a cut and paste email with their no return policy. Now I know why they have a no return policy. They change your order in order to make a sale. The discounts are not that great so they must be desperate for sales if they're doing this to their customers. I won't be purchasing from them again. I'll keep the one pair as they're correct but I just want to return the ones with the fake tag. Isn't that some sort of fraud? My e-receipt clearly shows the two different greens. Very unethical and unprofessional. How have they not been investigated? They should be charged with fraud.
No return even if the clothes look like used one. Terrible. Not sure if it's used or just was kept somewhere for more than 10 year or something got on the clothes.
This is the second order I have placed with them and a second time I didn't receive my order. The worst part this time is that there is no customer service. They lie and make you wait and then ignore you. Im waiting on my order placed early November. I've had to contact them on every platform just to try a get an answer. I have messaged them asking for a refund. If I don't hear from them I'll be opening up cases against them
They don't guarantee their sizing chart is accurate. Just purchase large size jacket and too small. They replied "The size chart is only an indicator provided by the brand and in no way a guarantee." THIS IS A SCAM
Ordered next day delivery never received merchandise. (was for my son's first ski outing) emailed, callled and got an answering machine ( really?) status of order always at ready for pick up and even boxknight carrier wont respond. I have been ordering online for years and never encountered such crappy service. These guys dont deserve to be out there. I succesfully contested the charge with my cc after one week of radio silence. Good riddance.
Ordered a Rossignol ski jacket and never received the item so I contacted customer service and an agent named Mimi gave me the run around saying due to COVID there is no proof of delivery and therefore no refund can be issued. Basically you can spend money and never receive the item and they couldn't care less! Will NEVER order from them again! After reading multiple reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one that shares the same opinion as me in terms of their customer service! Awful experience!
This is the WORST COMPANY. Do not be tricked by the cheap prices of brand name products - the descriptions are not accurate, and when you receive a product you ordered that's not what you purchased, they do not offer an exchange or refund. It's ridiculous. I ordered a size 6K bog boots for two two-year-olds and it stated the size was 5.7 inches. When I recieved them, they were MASSIVE. I mean, I wear a size 9 in woman's and I can put these on my feet. I sent a pic of the sizing chart attached to the shoes and a picture of the shoes measured 10.5 inches to customer service and they didn't agree with the difference?! This is insane. Now I'm stuck with two pairs of bogs boots that don't fit the children they were bought for. Disgusting customer service. Will never buy from this cheap company ever again. Buyer beware!
Long story short, bought a high end ski jacket and two high end ski helmets from this company, "The Last Hunt", and the jacket had an irregular size to it, sub-standard material, and what appeared to be false manufacturer tagging. The helmets were miniature. Not sure they would fit anybody, and came in a black wrap case that I had never seen before. Went my local ski shop "Skiis & Biikes in Toronto", and they confirmed the good were counterfeit. I emailed the RCMP, Counterfeit Division, and they confirmed in a email, "The Last Hunt is a known seller of counterfeit goods. Please present this email to your MC/Visa company to get a full refund. Please do not keep the goods, as they may contain harmful chemicals or materials, and destroy the merchandise after you have received a refund from your insurance company".
So you contact the RCMP if they are giving you shady goods, wrong sizes and other stuff, as this is some sort of China-based / Straight from Beijing / Counterfeit out of Quebec outfit, and the RCMP is going to shut down some day hopefully.
For now just email the RCMP fraud and counterfeit goods division, you can find the email / contact information on the internet, and they will confirm this and you can inform your credit card company and get your money back.
It takes an email to the RCMP, and then a call to your credit card company, but you will get your refund.
Cheers.
I had an item missing in my order. I emailed customer service as they have no phone contact to call. No one got back to me on two attempts. Once they have your money they don't care about what happens after,.
I ordered knowing that there are no returns unless the product is not as described. I ordered a Norrona LARGE winter coat and have a few Large Norrona jackets for size reference. What arrived looks fake and is way too big; it is a knock-off or badly labelled as LARGE instead of EXTRA-LARGE.
I sent an email expecting the option of exchange or refund and got an automated reply full of the reasons why I am stuck with it.
Will never support this site again and highly recommend you stay far away!
Poor customer service. Wrong siz chart. They do not accept any responsibility about their mistakes. Worst online shopping I've ever had
Answer: Near impossible. No representatives by phone - email seems very unreliable (i. E. you will be waiting days for a response).
Answer: IF you shop here, remember they don't offer refunds. Apparently it is in their very fine print. If the shoes /item don't fit - too bad. You threw your money away. If what arrives is something you don't ever recall even looking at. They just take your money. They just took over $100 for no-name crap running shoes that were sent. When I was shopping I was only look at Roka runners and somehow these no-name whatever they are were delivered. No refunds. No integrity and no accountability. I would have paid return shipping as I WILL NEVER wear these CHEAP SHOES and I definitely would NEVER have bought no-name shoes for +$100 dollars. TEMU and WISH are better than these CHARLETONS.
