GREAT EXPERIENCE

I bought 2 Derekson bed frames and furniture to go along with it. (Night stands, dresser etc...). I was SUPER impressed with the quality of this product. The price was amazing and I was afraid I'd get a low quality product but this furniture is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations. It was my first time purchasing at The Brick. Everything from customer service to delivery and follow-up to the product itself was phenomenal. Delivered on time in perfect condition. Based on what I experienced, I would highly recommend. I realize that may not be the case for many but I truly am blown away by how all of this went for me. And all done online and over the phone with Brick reps. My night stand was on backorder and wasn't supposed to come for weeks. They called less than a week later to deliver. So happy with this purchase!

We bought a home, possession August 2020. We needed to completely furnish it. Right from the onset of our initial meeting in late June with Mariya and throughout to the completion of the items being delivered she was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. She was always clear in her communication. She informed us upfront that due to Covid, they were seeing an impact in delays for months being created. Upon receiving our dining room set, my husband and I realized we made a mistake in ordering the wrong dining room set. We contacted Mariya and asked what we could do. She spoke with the her boss Jason and we were able to return the set and order the one we wanted. We were always kept abreast of the situation on delays. We also realized this was not just happening to us but thousands of people ordering furniture across our Country. We received the last item we ordered mid January 2021. Thank you The Brick Brandon for your exemplary services during a Pandemic!

Purchased freezer online at the end of November 2020. Scheduled delivery date of Dec 28,2020. Received a call on Dec 30,2020 (days after the freezer was supposed to be delivered) and was told that there is a manufacturer delay so the freezer would not be received until Jan 10,2021. Jan 10,2021 comes around and nothing is shipped. Finally get a call on Jan 18,2021 and am being advised that the new estimated shipping date is Feb 10,2021. Useless supply chain. Only thing they offered was a refund - nothing for the inconvenience or for a delay over over 1 month and a half (if they actually deliver on Feb 10,2021 (not holding my breath).

Cheating and lies.

I went to the brick store and bought a mattress which is low profile. They delivered the wrong thickness mattress. They refused return. They wanted me to buy another mattress from them. I will buy them a much cheaper mattress and I will never go back to the brick.

Benson sofa

So i bought a Benson sofa December 28th 2020. There were 0 in stock. 2 weeks its in. 1 week in arm frame has damage been pushed in. I had noticed display model same issue. The quality is not there I'm told service will come have a look at it. If issue is resolved i will update or take down. I have a feeling this will happen again.

I made a purchase in September for a wide variety of furniture (over *******$.) Our furniture arrived incomplete and in different shipments. When I say different shipments, I mean it took months after to receive the incomplete pieces (example, the chairs for our table.) It is now mid January and we are STILL waiting for our Christmas gifts that we bought months ago for family. We bought two classic flames, a tv stand, and 2 heater Bluetooths as presents. We are still waiting for the second piece of each of the heaters. We received our mattresses fast, we received our headboards a month after, and we just recently received the frame rails. I did not know that our experience would be a long delayed delivery that was incomplete where I would have several separate boxes that we had to assemble ourselves. Attached is a picture of our receipt that shows that we made our purchase in September along with all the incomplete and separate boxes.

It's going to be FOUR MONTHS since we ordered our bed frame and we STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. Why would you put something up on your site if you DON'T already have it in stock? And to keep blaming this on the pandemic is complete utter B. S. sorry. How come Wayfair and Amazon are able to deliver in a matter of WEEKS yet this company can't get their supply and distribution chain in order?! Terrible Service and LAST TIME ORDERING from this crappy company.

Don't get the insurance

The company is a joke! They don't honour their insurance, I had a problem with my couch within a year, they send over the "couch doctor" and he sits on my couch, tells me it's probably the foam, doesn't do anything else and he's gone in less in 5 min. The brick says they wouldn't cover it tried saying it wasn't covered. How is not covered when you buy a new couch and within a year the support is gone. They are will rip you off

Stay away

Possibly the worst retail experience I've ever had. I went into their store and was fooled by their sales agent thinking that their kindness was going to be an indication of my experience. Wrong. I feel cheated and conned. I bought five appliances there, spending over $5500 there. Three were either damaged, scratched or had parts missing and one never came. The only one that was delivered and seemed fine on arrival isn't working properly. They came by to get the three damaged products in early Dec 2020, after over a month from the delivery date. It has now been over three weeks since they took back their appliances and I have not heard from anyone even though they have three of the five applianced I bought and stated they would give me a refund. I haven't even received a refund for the product that never came. I have called and emailed the sales agent, the head of customer serivce and the customer service agent I was dealing with multiple times. I have heard nothing for weeks. Nobody has had the curtosy to contact me and say, "We're dealing with the matter and we will get back to you shortly." Nothing.

Bed frame purchase

I bought a bed frame from this ridiculous company The Brick. Shame on me back in August. It is now January and well I still don't have it. I have been told that if I didn't accept delivery when it fit into their schedule they would not guarantee it would be available even though it's fully paid for. I am so dissatisfied with the service. I will never shop there again and will not support any positive feedback ever.

I have been a Brick customer for many years, purchased many mattresses and box spring and also a sofa and chair. However, i have had quite an experience with the recent mattress set purchase.
In trying to talk to customer service and explain my position, i found "Gina" tone very loud and argumentative.

I am shocked on this, Customer Service is critical to business, especially during COVID times.

I bought a master guard cool touch mattress protector online. When I went for pickup, the seller told me they don't have the right one for a specific bed size. But they said they had another type of mattress protected which had the exact same qualities, but just with a different picture. Then when I arrived at home I tried this mattress protector out, and it did not have the cool touch, and was not waterproof. And when I called the store, the seller told us they could not do anything because it was "final sale" and the sellers name was Victoria.

Please take note of my review and other reviews before you purchase anything there, especially furniture...

When you look at the display models, at first look you don't notice the defects until you have the furniture in your house, then its too late. I was told by a representative over email that I saw the display model and knew what I was about to buy... Look at the pictures I've shared, you don't want to be buying something new that have all those defects.

I purchased a Livy double bed + nightstand + something they call "bureau" here in Quebec. First the salesman said they are missing some parts and I would be getting all my stuff within one month's time. After one and a half month, nothing from them, I called and told them that I am waiting for my stuff, the lady told me she does not know anything from what the salesman had told me, and took a message to ask the sales man to call me back.

You guessed it right, he never called me back...

Few weeks later, I called back again, another lady told me I would be receiving my furniture by mid of November 2020. I orderd the furniture begining of September 2020 by the way.

End of November, I receive an email apologizing for delay, that soon I'd be receiving my stuff. In the first week of December they delivered my stuff. When I saw the quality of the furniture I was really sad and angry...

They don't want to refund or replace saying its normal for the furniture to be like that.

Lies from the beginning. Went to St-Hubert franchise in September. Salesman recommended us to pay full amount for our sectional as it would arrive sooner, told us it would arrive 1.5 months. Today we were told the date was pushed back to mid January. If you order it today on their website they still mention that delays are around 1.5 months.

I can not believe this! During the Black Friday sales, we bought a TV from their website showing the delivery date as Dec 3rd, and still contacting them weekly and hearing the item is not available in the warehouse! The worst is no matter which date we picked for delivery, as soon as I received the confirmation email, something was off! They mentioned in the email that we'll deliver the item as soon as it was available! WHAT?! If this is not a SCAM, what is it? You asked me to pick a date and then totally ignore it on your email?! I am going to put some research into how to stop this action legally! We should protect our society from this kind of behaviour since this could become a norm for us in many other aspects of life, so please let me know what the next step is if you had a similar experience. Not only this TV supposed to fill out our free time in the holiday, but now they contact us that we don't have the item until Dec 24th or early January. It's too late, THE BRICK, and I hope everyone understands what you are doing and not support your business in future!

Dissatisfied

In october I purchased an office desk. I was told that I would be able to collect it by the 2nd week in november. By the first week in november I was told I wouldn't get it till the 2 week in December. By the 1 week in December I got an email that I wouldn't get it till the 1 week in January. I clearly understand that the current world conditions is the reason for this so I opted for a replacement with a different desk. I was transferred to the most uninterested sales rep who could not care what my needs were or how this affected my job. He was rude and blunt. This experience has actually made me realize I will never shop at the brick again. I furnished my first home with the brick furniture. I recently bought a fixer upper in hamilton. But the brick will not get a penny from me

I moved from bc to alberta and had to purchase all new furniture. I went to the brick in Red Deer to purchase livingroom bedroom and kitchen furniture. Initially i was quite unhappy with the service until i happened to talk with a very excellent customer service sales rep. She sorted out all my complaints to my satisfaction. Went above and beyond to satisfy me. I just recently purchased more furniture for a second bedroom and again Danielle G showed excellent customer service and made me completely happy. This young lady is the reason I went back to the Brick for more furniture. They should be very proud to have her working for them.

LG FRIDGE

I bought a LG fridge with extra 2 years warranty on October 9 2019 within a year 2 times broken after year since November 18 2020 broken again
I called and went the brick nobody help me at all still now I don't have a fridge
I'm not recommending to purchase anything from the brick
Specially this Covid-19 situation to hard to live without fridge
I'm a single mom I can't afford to purchase other one

Purchased a couch over a month ago. Paid in full ($4800). Was told it will be delivered in 1 month, called to follow up week before delivery to be told my order is now expected in February. NO CALL from my sales rep to inform me of this VERY long wait. Also Called Cyber Monday for discount on the couch, for my sales rep NOT to tell me that anything over $499 is free delivery. Left me feeling very discouraged and that they don't care at all about customers, just their commission that he didn't even work for, we had to ask him to come help us, as no one approached us. Pretty bad when the customer has to hunt for a sales rep. Awful. Really wished I could have given sales rep from Leons my business. However they didn't offer the couch we fell in love with. Not sure Ill be shopping at the Brick again.
