Not entirely sure where these claims against their customer service are coming from; my experience was great. I accidentally ordered the wrong size product and needed to get the order fixed before leaving out of state. Thankfully, I live near their brick and mortar location and was able to stop in with my order. They immediately replaced it with the proper size. Haven't found a better snowboard business service, especially for the offered value.
I was shopping for a BMX bike that would hold up to my bull in a china shop 9! Year old grandson. Im happy to say this is a Quality product. My grandson loves it and so do we!

Technically excellent gear at great prices if you don't mind being behind a year or two on styles. They have new stuff too but for dressing a bunch of kids, I am all about bargains, and the house has them.
