The House had the best price for my item, shipped VERY quickly - a great transaction. Their after sale communication suddenly became a daily barrage of sales propaganda. Had they been more circumspect in how they relate to me, I would have put them on my list of "check first" vendors. Now, they can just hope to show up in a future search.

I had two unusual manufactures issues with rain/light duty jackets and they both had to be returned. I ordered a third Marmot Goretex jacket and it works perfect. The staff helped me get them back on RMA's and everything worked out very well.
