It's such a pleasure to buy on line with confidence from The House.

I bought the T Rice Pro (W) from this team. I have A Gnu Carbon Credit, Rome Artifact Rocker, Rosignol One LF... I wanted to step it up a notch with a super fast board like my Ros - but with the Magnetraction of the Gnu - so I opted for the T Rice Pro. I had a great deal as there was supposedly a blemish on the top coat of the board - which I still haven't found. Can't wait to try this board out for the 18/19 season.

I found The House as part of Google search results for a product I regularly shop for (Adidas Busenitz Pro skate shoe if it matters), and have been a steady customer ever since. Every order has been problem/issue free from start to finish. Theyre prompt, accurate, and consistent in their processing of orders... their inventory is diverse and plentiful... and I often can find a color choice or some other particular that I cant get elsewhere. Im in the habit of regularly checking the site regardless of whether or not I need anything, and often find myself building up my shopping cart to the $50 mark where I know free shipping always awaits me. The product is great. My only issue was with shipping UPS miss shipped which delayed delivery. Also the goggles where smashed into snowboard box, luckily not damaged as far as I can tell. I am just a little concerned the the House shipping department didn't really care about keeping the quality of the goggles in great shape.

While I do not have a wide foot I do like having plenty of room in the toe and forefoot area and these shoes provide that room. They seem lightweight too, I look forward to trying them out.

Broken bike
June 22, 2018

The bike in a damaged box. The corner of the box was crushed and it looked like old damage based on the condition of the tape. The bike had a broken fork, almost snapped in two. Before you would send me a new fork I had to go to the bike shop and get the old one, pay $5.00 for a box, and ship it. I did this yesterday and I still have not been notified that the new fork is on it's way. It will be July (hopefully early July. Before I can ride the bike I ordered June 7. I should be reimbursed for the cost of the box and for my time.

Love my Burton bag!

I ordered 2 of the Burton bags. One was a gift for my daughter. It arrived quickly and I was very pleased with the construction. I love all of the compartments. I am using it this weekend and it was a dream to pack. It is was really nice to be able to close my suitcase without sitting on it! I can fit 2 weeks worth of clothes in it easily.

I have purchased snowboards and lots of outdoor gear from The House over the years but I was hesitant to purchase a paddle board online. They are so big! But I was unable to find the board I wanted locally and the deeply discounted Naish was too good of a deal to pass up. Very impressed with the speedy shipping, the free paddle and that the board arrived safely. (The board was shipped in a really big, sketchy looking box but was packed really well: zero damage / scratches = perfect.) I was already a loyal customer but I will not hesitate to buy another board or other big piece of gear from The House. Thank you!

Order a bike, had them preassemble it and ship it. Got it sooner than I though, it would even be shipped out. Came with everything I needed to put the tires and peddles on, though I had the tools at hand. Even Got a packet of information, to tell me how everything works. Overall I give this a 4 star.
