I haven't gotten out with them yet because it's September, but so far, I love them.

PROS:
-The fit is just as I expected. An inch or two of extra space, but not too loose or long.
-Water-Resistant, I haven't tested this on the mountain yet, but I dipped the pants in water and they were fine.
-Warm, They were nice and insulated, but not so much that I couldn't wear them on a warm day. Also they have vents and vented pockets if I need some fresh air.

Negative
-Not really any yet since I got them ON SALE; although if you are paying full-price for these, that may be a detrator.

Having a large family from Nebraska that skis once a year, it's nice to be able to get good prices on gear that will last longer than a year. The House always has smokin' deals, we purchased a variety of youth and adult items that shipped promptly and arrived accurately. Highly recommend!

I paid for expedited shipping and it hadnt even left the warehouse the day it was to arrived. Customer service was good about cancelling the order and replacing it, ( no one was going to be at the original address) but they did not offer to expedite shipping on the replacement order. I thought that would only have been fair.

I paid for 2 day shipping which was an additional $9.95. The package should have been here by Friday. I got a shipping notice that the package was shipped on Thursday and wouldn't arrive until Monday. When I tried to reach out to this company they would only give me a one time gift card for $9.95. I wanted the money credited back to my charge card and they said no. I called and tried to speak with a customer service rep. He was rude and was not helpful. First time doing business with this website and it will be my last

Bottom bracket failure

I ordered the framed witness and am blown away with the bike. Great product, price was super affordable for a full chromo bike and looks amazing! Only issue was the bottom bracket malfunctioned on first ride, but I contacted The House and Framed online and they're shipping a replacement bottom bracket to me. I'm going to invest in a sealed bb, but otherwise this bike is amazing as is The House and Framed Bikes... thanks guys for the price, product, and customer support! I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Looking for new cross country skis, bindings and shoes as I have not cross country skied in a quite a few years and want to start back up again. Your customer service helped me pick out and order the best skis, bindings and shoes for me and all reasonably priced. And all items shipped immediately, even the shoes that were on back order I received a couple of weeks early.

These sandals were essentially half the price of anywhere else offering them. The shipping was outstandingly quick. Love the sandals (my lady isn't crazy about them, but I tell her there is a point in life where you don't choose the shoes, they choose YOU). The footbed is firm yet softly-textured and VERY supportive. The only weakness with these, however, lies with the footbed being a little hot and encouraging the soles of the feet to sweat. Otherwise, they deliver on all fronts. I worried that the tongue would rub the top of my feet, but it is so soft! The cords making up the sandals are also very soft and do not irritate. I will be doing a lot of business with The House in the coming months!
