I got their address from them, finally after 20 emails and getting legal advice from my bank and credit card company and telling the boho-shop about possible consequences for them.
Costed a lot to ship back to China with tracking number, BUT was worth it. Money back on my credit card account after ~1month of fighting! Just fight back!

Having a HORRIBLE experience with this company! After wanting a dress from here so badly my amazing sister in law purchased it. Well once I received the dress it was HORRIFIC, the material was awful, it bunched and was just basically a mess. We have been trying to return it and basically keep getting the run around. Last correspondence was they would send another dress BUT and I cant believe this, we would have to pay for shipping. First I do not want the dress, we just want a refund and they wont send us a return label and wont talk about credit. There has been several emails back and forth. Horrible way to do business and I will never recommend this company to anyone. AND NOW they have blocked me from all comments on facebook and deleted my posts

I ordered 4 dresses and not only did they arrive late, they were also useless cheap quality, and ugly. I asked to return them and for a refund. They would not give me the return address and kept telling me that they could send me new items instead but i have to pay for shipping. I said No and No, of course. Finally, they said that my items are not eligible for refund since they were sale items! ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS ON SALE! Of course, they put this policy on fine print expecting customers not to notice it. What a scam! I lost $200! Such an expensive mistake!

I ordered 3 dresses only planning to keep one but I wanted to see which one would look best for my bachlorette party. When I received the medium sized dresses, they were poor quality but also WAY too small. It was like they were made for children. I asked to return them for my money back because their website says money back guarantee. Unfortunately, they have a hidden refund policy that anything bought on sale is not refundable. If you go to their website everything is on sale. I am very unhappy with them and will continue to find ways to get my story heard so no one else loses out on as much money as I did.

Took a month for my dress to arrive & it was such poor quality made with cheap material. There was no underlay, the color did not match,& it was made from some synthetic cheap curtain looking material. For the price I paid, it was horribly overpriced. The dress was already falling apart after the 1st wash. And they were not responsive at all, they don't refund sale items. It's a scam company with overpriced dresses and low quality products from china with a fraudulent American image.Don't trust the reviews on their website, it's all lies!

HORRIBLEEE! I ordered the retro butterfly dress and it came completely see through. It is literally cheap red lace made into a dress shape with no underlay at all, just completely see through. It was complete and utter false advertising on the website. I commented on the dress on their Facebook post to warn others and my comment was deleted and I was blocked. Clearly by the number of angry reactions on the Facebook posts there are a lot of unhappy people, but they delete any bad comments so people are being completely led astray. They also don't have a review section on their website and I now know why. AVOID AVOID AVOID! They are also just cheap knockoffs of other companies designs, I would highly recommend paying a bit more from a legitimate place for the original dress then paying for the crap from boho factory.
