I bought what looked like a light, sleek, beautiful ivory wedding dress and I got a white very bulky cheap looking/feeling dress. When I went to ask for the return, you only get 14 days, they took a long time to respond and then I found out I had to ship it to Australia which from the US costs a decent amount and you have to get customs paperwork. By the time I got all that done my 14 days had expired and when my fiancé reached out to them to ask if we could still return it they never responded. Definitely wouldn't recommend based on my experience
I never write reviews but feel that I must. I should have checked out the refund policy before I ordered. I ordered several hundred dollars worth of different clothing. All arrived separately so it's hard to "wait" to send back because I want to see how everything fits. A sweater duster is 2-3 times too small. T-shirts are huge. They do not give refunds only credit. I do not want any more of their clothing! I would rather give this all away than give them their crap back and my $$ be in credit. I'm not getting my $$ back either way AND I have to pay for the return. I will throw in trash before I send it back!
I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. When will I learn? Clothes were nothing like portrayed on site and size chart is useless. I didn't even receive some merchandise and they only gave me 15% return. No place to return merchandise so you are screwed. Please save your money! RIP off!
Clothes are very cheap quality! Shipping take a long time. Everything was so worst that I didn't try to return the clothes back.
The kimono I ordered was nothing like how it was shown in the picture. It was like something a teenager had knocked up in a sewing class! Bitterly disappointed and also at the time it took to arrive. Won't be shopping with this charlatans again.
I bought a dress from "boho buys" was ok but not worth the $80 I paid for it! Then was browsing the "SHEIN" website last night. I saw exactly the same dress for $20! Wtf weren't even bothered to use different pics. They just stole the ones of the website. I paid 4 times what this dress is worth lol and I looked at their website, they have lots of "SHEIN" dresses on their for 4 times the price. Never buying off Instagram again.
Been waiting for a refund for over a month for two dresses which were rubbish quality and nowhere near as long as they appeared on the website. Constantly fobbed off and assured that I will receive the refund but this never happens. Appalling. I will never use this company or Etsy again. There are so many negative reviews that I cannot believe they have not been investigated. Please do not buy from them.
This is the WORST website you could imagine. The clothes are cheap see-through rags that do not even closely resemble what appears on their website, and are shipped 3-4 months after you order them. This scam company WILL NOT REFUND your money under any circumstances. PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF THIS SCAM! I LOST $160 dollars! I threw the clothes in the garbage as even the salvation army would not take them.
Shockingly poor quality. I placed an order for two pairs of earrings. They sent them separatly do forcing me to pay for shipping fees twice. On arrival one of the earrings was broken due to very flimsy material, unwearable. The other pair were terrible, very rough and wide where you put it through uour earlobes. Would not ever recomend anyone to purchase anything from this place. Avoid avoid avoid.
Had to send back the clothes due to too large sizes and cheap quality material. I Paid the return to ship back to China but tracking stop at China Post Beijing, so they do not want to reimburse me: ''Easy return and credit'' is totally wrong with result I lost my 100.00$ + money + 25.00$ to return the products
Not only did the dress take an extremely long time to get to me (making it close to the 45 days from time of purchase return policy). The dress was nothing like the picture said. The dimensions were all off (I read ALL of the reviews and used the size chart as guide). The company offers you a special shopping code for your first purchase. Be aware, that if you use this code, your dress is now considered a "sale item" and will no longer be eligible for returns. My dress also did not come with tags on it which, also means it is not eligible for returns.
Who has two thumbs and got ripped off HARD online recently? This girl. It's super embarrassing, and only maybe the third time I've been taken for a proper ride, but here is my experience:
1) See lovely looking dress online
2) Wait a month for a partial shipment of order
3) Dress is awful quality- paper thin, missing a belt, unwearable.
4) Contact customer support, request refund because the item is not fit for purpose.
5) Company will not comply with consumer law- they are selling in Australia and are bound by it.
6) Back and forth emails. I don't know how many times I have had to tell them that I don't want an exchange because why would I want to wait for another $#*!ty dress?
7) They won't cancel the rest of my order, even though it hasn't shipped yet.
8) Finally agree to refund if I pay shipping
9) Agree that it is my right to post my experiences to all and sundry.
So here we are
Do your due diligence online and always, always check the reviews for stores that are selling cute things for apparently reasonable prices. It hurts my pride SO MUCH to have failed at online shopping, because it's (so sadly) one of the things I list on resumes under 'Misc. Skills'.
I purchased a Going Secret Boots from Boho Factory at an amazing price. I received them last week, very prompt delivery. The boots are gorgeous, they fit perfectly. I absolutely love them! Would love to recommend them to my friends.
$#*! quality. Not even worth a dollar. So disappointed I bought a swimming suit for my honeymoon and it doesn't look anything like the photo. So bad that I had to put in in the bin.
