Avoid Boho factory (boho-shop.com) like the plague! Same story as person below. False advertising and is a scam. They are stealing off hard working people. All their products are sale' items which is their reason for not providing a refund. They even had the cheek to suggest sending me out a free item and 20% off the next purchase People, you need to report them and just contact your bank for a refund.

I ordered two dresses and when they arrived I noticed that they were not the same print as in the pictures on the website. I contacted Boho Factory to ask for a refund because I hadn't recieve the product I ordered. I wasn't asking for a refund because I'd order the wrong size, or because I changed my mind. I simply hadn't been sent the correct items and they refused to refund me because they were on sale. A sales policy is understandable but shouldn't apply when the complete wrong product was sent. I politely explained this to them and received no further replies. I would not recommend this website as they falsely advertise their products and will not honor a return. I will never use them again and I will be encouraging other not to either.
