Everything went well with the buyback. Was refunded the money for it really fast! Shipping by FedEx.

My granddaughter needs an access code for one of her classes. Since money is tight and trying to save a few dollars, they ordered from this TextbookRush company and paid 63 dollars for it. When she tries to log in using the code they sent, she gets an error message saying that code has already been used. I have tried 3 times to contact the company, but with no luck yet. She has been in school for 2 weeks now and not able to attend this one class because of the problem with the access code.

I purchased a set of two books "Medical Surgical Nursing 8th edition, and paid an expedited shipment. I received only one volume that is #2. For 15 days I have sent them several emails; but they only answer that they are waiting for the warehouse answer. I gave them the option to send me a package to return volume 2; but they did not took an action as well. I could not study for my test. These people are a joke. Don't buy from them if you seriously need the merchandise. There is a true reason why they have bad reviews.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only did the send me a book with a different ISBN than the one that I paid for, when I asked to be reimbursed the difference, almost $25 they said that I could send the book back to them for a refund but that I would have to pay for the shipping. This piece of $#*! company doesn't know how to do anything properly. Honestly I would much rather spend the $300 dollars extra that the text book costs than deal with these incompetent people again.

I've attempted to contact their customer service team multiple times and have not been successful. I was quoted a certain amount for my textbooks through the buyback program and agreed to the amount, so I sent them in. I took pictures of the books before sending them in to have proof of the pristine condition they were in. These books weren't used because the lecture class was dropped after purchasing books. After several weeks, I received a check for 93 CENTS! Not even a dollar for TWO textbooks that were sent in. I know the condition I sent these books in. I have photo proof of them, so they can't tell me they weren't in an acceptable condition. THEY WERE IN PRISTINE CONDITION. Unfortunately, I never heard from them after the first email with the quoted amount. They never emailed me beforehand to inquire about the condition of my books or change the quoted amount. Their email with the quoted amount clearly states, "you will receive an email notification of any adjustments to your buyback". I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! THEY HAVE BEEN PURPOSELY IGNORING MY EMAILS! This is very disappointing because they collect product from consumers to resell for profit. Read the other complaints on here. Majority of the customers have never received the quoted amount and/or have had their books STOLEN by the company and they are clearly reselling them. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMMY BEHAVIOR. I lost my money and product, so please don't let it happen to you as well. There are many other companies that are trustworthy and will fulfill their quoted amount. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Typical 'only giving one star because I can't give 0'. Textbookrush jipped me out of over $400. Long story short, they insisted they emailed me when I sent the wrong books when in reality they didn't. This review has been a long time coming. I hope y'all see this and remember me because if I lied, like y'all think I did since I never got a refund, why would I go to this much trouble, STILL. Instead of Textbookrush, go to the website bigwords.com and enter the ISBN for the book your looking for. It will compare the cheapest options including shipping /handling. Screw you, textbookrush.com

PEOPLE DON'T USE THESE GUYS! They stole 173 worth of books they tried deleting all proof of my interactions and closed my account after my books arrived at there warehouse stating I had violated by opening multiple accounts. WHAT? I was hacked my email was being scammed now I believe it was them! Watch out guys SERIOUS I'm filing police report better business bureau and federal affairs. This is not acceptable it is stealing from the people who keep them in buisness

I initially sent in 1 book as a test and they paid me. It took about two weeks total process time. However my second attempt i sent them 5 books and they only paid me for 1 and kept the others and Held them saying that they were counterfeit, They DID NOT offer me to pay to have them returned like other buyers do. They STOLE my books and i am guessing they will resell them. If My Books weren't up to your standards then they should at least give me an option to have them returned to me. It is your opinion that they are fake. I know i paid real money for them when i purchased them. STAY AWAY Far Away. My suggestion is Buyback express (fastest turnaround time) or Booksrun at least they offer an option to have your books returned back to you if there is an issue.
