Make sure you inquire about the book your buying. The titles don't match alway. May be study guide instead of textbook that you think it is.

Was offered 25.50 for a book, sent it in and got an email stating they could not accept and details were in product description in email. Nothing was there. Book was in VERY lightly used condition. To go from 25.50 to 0 is a little extreme.

I use book scouter to figure out who will give the most for a book. It is very rare that it is trxtbook rush. It seems like there is a seasonality to them buying and what they will pay often changes rapidly. The nice thing is that they aren't super picky about book condition like some companies are. Their website seems a little slow and it never works for me to get paid by PayPal since the books counter link to textbook rush never seems to connect. So I end up having to get paid by check. Everyone else pays by PayPal. Recently they've started only giving 2 or 5 cents for some books that were previously worth far more, so that's often not worth the effort. The nice thing is that they will often be willing to pay for heavy books that other companies don't want to pay to ship.

TextBookRush puts the buyer in a difficult situation by allowing dishonest sellers who sell used book as new to sell at out of the US and does not do its part to return the product and get buyer money back.

12 days later, we don't know where the book is tracking isn't updated and don't understand why it's taking so long to ship a book out. I ordered another book from a different company. It was sent out the same day and received within three days.
