First of all, this is my first time using Textbookrush and their marketplace listings and all that. To say I was anxious is an understatement! Not being able to see the books offered made me uneasy about using the site, and emailing sellers to get confirmation only to be told they didn't know made things even worse.that was, until I found Alibris Marketplace. The specific book I was looking for has tons of different copies and different cover art, and to find the one I was looking for was proving super difficult. Until! I saw Alibris had several listings for the book, and emailed them to ask which copy one specific listing was(thinking I'd get the same "I can't check our warehouse idk" answer as always)! But the next day, I had confirmation that it was exactly what I was looking for! The second that happened I bought it- at an amazing price for the book and shipping btw- and it got here quickly! I can't thank Alibris Market and Textbookrush enough for helping me get a book I've been agonizing over. Seriously, if I could I'd give Alibris Marketplace 100 stars I would!

The website was extremely easy to use and they were quick to send me my check!

Textbookrush had the best prices for the books I sold. Good communication regarding receipt of books and when sale would be processed. I haven't received the check yet but it has been processed.

I ordered the textbook earlier at the end of January into the beginning of February and it still hasn't arrived. It's been in limbo for a few days and it hasn't moved. I checked and it is still pending.

Sent end some textbooks that where in good condition. Got a little more than they quoted. Easy service to use. Would use again.

I found this site offers much better buy back prices than the campus bookstore. Get your price on Sunday night and mail out Monday with their prepaid shipping label. Email communication is good, they emailed me by Thursday that they received book. I had a check by the following week.

My experience was super easy. All I had to do was input the ISBN and they gave me a quote for the book, and I had to package and ship it. It was effortless.

Within a day of placing my order it was cancel because it was apparently no longer available or in stock. This has been a listing I have been watching for over a month and I finally decided to buy it and am very disappointed my order was cancelled.

I placed several orders that were canceled a week later because of lack of inventory. Meanwhile my semester has started and I'm still without a book. They placed holds on my credit card that last for days past cancellation, holding up cash that I could have used. Lost all my future business.

I recently ordered a hard to find book from TextbookRush and was thrilled with the product I received. It was in excellent shape even though it was used and very affordable! Highly recommend their business!

Website is easy to navigate and shipping was easy. They processed my payment within 48; hours after receiving my shipment. Very impressive.

This site doesn't respond to messages. Its rude and unprofessional. No customer service exists. Think its a scam.
