This was my first time selling textbooks here. The site seemed to crash several times and pages had to be be continually re-loaded. Also, several books entered came back with a "not a valid ISBN" when the number was clearly entered from the book, so that was a bit odd. Eventually I was able to complete several buybacks and the transaction was quickly checked in and paid. Overall, happy with the experience despite the technical issues.

This is the best book buyback company I have dealt with. And I've dealt with six of them. They pay the quickest, reasonable in accepting books in Good or better condition and pay good prices. The only demerit would be it it a bit slow to process books you are selling via their website. I wish they had a dedicated app to make that process quicker.
The delivery was extremely long and unnecessary and then the edition was not disclosed and it was not the proper edition
My order was delayed. The initial portion of the shipment was in bulk, via OSM Worldwide, and the individual packages are not scanned/updated until they reach the final OSM distribution facility. OSM Worldwide then handed the package to the USPS for final delivery.
Support is great but delivery could be faster. I really appreciated the prices and book availablity.
