I sent two shipment in each of the shipment One book was rejected and not give a reason why those books were rejected when I ask why my book was rejected I never received an answer.

I still use Textbook Rush, but it's always so slow. I get a message telling me there's a delay (do I want to continue or end?). Or the dreaded rotating circle. I don't have that problem with any other vendor (SellBack, Books Run, etc.). Please fix it.

The book was as described. My only real complaint was the ship time. It took a longer time than expected to receive it.

It was disappointing to buy books in the past semester but not have them accepted at this time. That said, four were accepted which was helpful. The process is relatively simple.

I ordered from this website because I saw the shipping was going to be fairly quick. However, the textbook was never delivered. I did have a positive experience with the customer service representative. They were very good at responding to my questions and did eventually refund my money. I may be hesitant to order from here again, but we will see.

Acct creation didn't like my hotmail address. When buying book with my regular credit card received message my purchase was cancelled. "Fraud cancel" is what was listed on the generic response.

If you know your ISDN, then the process of valuing your books is easy! I valued my books, packed them up, dropped them off at UPS. A few days later, TextBookRush confirmed receipt and than a day or two later, they confirmed the payment to me. Easy Peasy! I'd use them again.

I used to sell books for buybacks. I always got paid selling stuff monthly. When I tried to sell book for buyback, they stated account was suspend. I never got email or nothing. They suspend my account for no reason. Waste of time. I'll go elsewhere where my business is better appreciated.

I received the wrong book for the hardest class in my degree program, who has open book exams but only if it's the right book.

I had a couple of college textbooks I didn't need anymore and Textbook Rush offered the most money for the books. It was super easy to do and my return was processed quickly, within about 3 days and I got the money straight into my Paypal account. I would definitely recommend it.
