If I had any clue that this would take 10+ business days (and still not even shipped) I would have spent the extra 13 cents at Amazon. I could still order there today and receive it before TextbookRush.

It was my first time to search, find, and purchase my textbooks for college using this site. I liked the convenience and ability to get credit on old books I had. I'm using them again for this semester. You won't be disappointed.

It was pretty easy and simple. The steps are well explained. Also, it was fast to check if they were accepting books.

I sold several textbooks that were about 3-4 years old. I was happy to see the value I could get for some of them. The prices ranged from $5-$65 depending on the size and demand of the book. The books were in new/like-new condition and I received the amount they quoted. All I had to do was find a box, package it up, print the pre-paid label, and bring it to FedEx. The insurance is only $100 per order and my order was quoted at just below $300, so I ended up doing 3 separate orders just in case the boxes got lost so I could get my full money back. The checks arrived in less than 2 weeks! Happy to have the books cleared out of my home and more money in my bank account :)

Fast and efficient and received my pay extremely fast

TextbookRush accepted my order, successfully placed a hold on the entire amount of the order, then cancelled it, telling me the item was no longer available. When I contacted customer help, they said the order was cancelled because they thought I was trying to defraud them.

Found a great book at the bins worth over $20. Check came quickly. Will do business again!

Ship on Friday - Paid on Tuesday! Appreciate the fact they offer free FedEx, their check in / review times are second to none! If I had to find a critique it would be that PayPal is the only electronic way to get paid.

The site seems to be good but it's been almost 2 weeks and they haven't even shipped the book yet. I reached out to customer care and they said it's being fetched from warehouse. 2+ weeks that's terrible

No issues whatsoever. Typed in my ISBNs, shipped the books, and received the check a few days later. All within a short time period.
