Ordered textbook on 4/11/25. Never received book but got email asking for feedback on experience. Emailed textbookrush and have 4 email replies. 1st - refunding book, 2nd refunding tax, 3rd - ordered of book (again), 4th - refund of shipping. I don't get it? I have not seen the credits or any additional charges on my credit card yet. I have no idea if I am getting the book or not. Frustrated with company - 1st and last time I will order from Textbookrush.
Better not be a scam. Seems my credit card was declined at 1st. Then tried another and $1 was pending, hen $89.04 pending charges. I am nervous that this site might not be real.
