The packaging was hard to open but the book was well protected, great price & shipping was reasonable. The book was in new condition even though the listing said "good".

Ordered a book advertised his brand new and when I received it, I had permanent marker on it and the CD that should've been in the back of the book was missing. It was also scuffed and dented. The company had shrink wrapped it though, to pretend that it was brand new. This is unlawful and many other reviews are saying the same thing that is why I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. They simply refunded me three dollars when I requested a return label.

Being able to purchase the books I need and a cheaper price has never been easier. I always find good deals on here. I do wish the books can get to me a little faster than the options I am given but for the price I can accept it.

Never had a problem with any other service, but in the past using your company inhave been treated poorly and paid unfairly. I'm willing to try again., but usually I use 3-4 of your competitors bc they are reliable and always pay as agreed.

I read the reviews, but because my textbook was in pristine shape, I thought I would have no issues with the buyback. However, like everyone else, I received a payment of $0 after my work of packing and shipping the product. Do not use them; they are scammers!
