The process was very easy to input what books you want to sell. Just put in the ISBN for each book and see the price they will buy it from you for instantly. A shipping label is provided and you just need to box up the books and send them in. The process was fast and easy, I will do it again.

I ordered the book, after I didn't receive a shipping notice, I checked the order status online and it said the order was in Step 4 Packaged for Shipping. Two days later, I get an email saying the book was out of stock and my order was cancelled.

I'm thrilled to have finally discovered a great platform for for buying used books. I found a couple of books that I needed for half of the price. I ordered them and they came almost as new. There is no need to pay extra for a new book when a used one is doing the same job and for the same amount of money, you can buy a bunch of them instead of one or two new books. Whenever I need a book, I always check if it's available here as a used one, and I recommend you to do the same.
I didn't get the refund I was supposed to get for returning a loose leaf textbook that was in great condition. Apparently you're supposed to just send in 400+ pages without anything holding the book together.

The buyback performance of this website is the worst in the whole internet. After the book ISBN,s are entered on the site, it takes for ever to return your search results. The next process is a nightmarish experience as it will constantly time out on you while you are waiting to complete the process. A lot time is lost trying to do buyback business on this site. Very disappointing.
