One of my books apparently has water damage that I didn't notice. I did not see anywhere that said they wouldn't return the book back to me. So. I paid $60 for a book that they get to keep for free. I tried emailing them asking why nothing said that prior to sending the books and I have not heard back from them and it's been a week. If they can't use a book, they need to send it back to the person that paid for it.
I sent in 7 of my books. One apparently has water damaged that I didn't notice before sending it. I found out they will not send me my book back and I will not be getting any money for it. I paid $50 for the book and now I get nothing while they get a free book.

Selling my textbook to textbook rush was so quick and easy. After putting in the IBSN number of the book I wanted to sell they gave me a quote on the book. Once I clicked that I wanted to sell my book to them they sent me a shipping label and I packed up the book and sent it out to them. They received and processed it within a week and I received my check in the mail a few days after my book was processed. I would highly recommend selling textbooks to them.

My experience was terrible. They closed my account and I keep advising customer service live in a different household but yet you still discontinued my account. Rules are per household. Plus I already sent books to you and I still haven't been paid. So they close your account, keep your books, and not pay you. Customer Service do not listen to your needs, neither concerned about the needs of the customer. They keep sending a scribed answer which is not true. The rep was not willing to hear anything I have to say.
