My experience at Texas road house was somewhat disappointing. Of coarse the food was delicious and the staff absolutely amazing. The night started out as a mess when we walked in and there was peanut shells all over the floor and none of the staff seamed for care. Honestly, I wanted to pick up the broom and vacuum myself. Immediately following dinner my disappointment reached an all time high as I was expecting my sister to be able to ride a REAL horse for her birthday, BUT imagine my disappointment when they brought out a fake horse/saddle. Honestly, Texas Road house should not set such a high expectation for their customers if they are not planning on purchasing a real horse in the near future for birthday outings. Honestly I don't know how this issue hasn't been brought up before. I wish they would at least have the decency to have a sign on the door "no real horses inside " and I would have just gone down the street to the next steakhouse. It gets worse. We proceeded to leave and the parking lot was covered in snow! The nerve. First, please consider the weather when ur asking customers to come out. They expect customers to come in such harsh weather conditions, quite frankly it's dangerous and impolite. Second, if I would have know there was no valet I would have parked a lot closer. A sign clearly stating "no valet " would be very helpful! My evening quickly slid into a dangerous ending as I barely made it to my vehicle as it has already been snowing for an hour and the side walks had not been plowed yet. By the time I reached my car I was hungry again.
The meat was overcooked and not so good quality causing us stomach pain afterwards both me and my wife. Service was ok. The place was clean.

I placed an order to pick up and she said 15 minutes! My fiancé went there to pick up my food and they said my order didn't exist! Bunch of young Kids flirty with each other! My order was placed with a young female! Really? Never again! You lost my business!

I visited a Texas Roadhouse in the Maryland area. I noticed after dinning the bust guys were cleaning off tables and using the same rug on the seats as the tables... OMG NASTY and he went from table to table... Lots of restaurants does this, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AT LEAST HAVE TWO RAGS FOR TABLES AND CHAIRS.
The staff was amazing, are sever Katie was amazing she got me and my brother another drink when we did not ask ( but we were about to ask). After you read my review you should go to Texas Roadhouse PS they all helped each other and there food is the best food in the universe
On a recent take out order, most of the dinner was thrown away. The baked potato had big chunks of salt on the skin and the inside tasted as if it had been standing for days. The green beans has so much salt that they, along with the potato were thrown away. The ribs and the salad were fine. We quit going inside because of the noise level and have gotten takeout before but this was the worst. We won't be going back.
We enjoy getting take out from Texas Roadhouse. We don't go to the restaurant because it's too noisy and we can't have conversation. Tonight when I called Texas Roadhouse to place a "to go order", I waited for over 20 minutes and had to listen to that stupid song 16 times. I was hung up on 3 times. The 4th time I called, instead of hitting "4" for a "to go order" I hit "3" for all other calls and finally got through. 0We enjoy the food from Texas Roadhouse, why do you make it so difficult to get?
I used to work at texas road house muncie ants and other bugs would be crawling on the tables people have got food poisoning eating hear managers are liars and snotty

I was expecting the food here to follow in the old Southern tradition but was pleased to find the menus trending in a contemporary direction with emphasis on lean, fresh and organic fare -- while still keeping with Low Country/Southern convention. My favorite dish at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant, in fact, was shrimp and grits topped with a tasty tasso sauce and loaded with locally netted Georgia white shrimp, which are positively unmatched for flavor.
The chef and his staff are staunch advocates of the farm-to-table concept, sourcing produce, meats, poultry and dairy products almost exclusively from Georgia organic farms.
I totally love this place and I am not a huge steak eater. Their food was great along with their customer service. You don't go home hungry.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great food! The breakfast and lunches are really delicious here. Great steak and loved the baked sweet potatoes. Our waiter was seriously the best. Would definitely go back
The food was great no doubt and prices were cheap but staff definitely needs to more educated. They were so rude and unfriendly.
This place used to be a pretty good place to hanout but now its terrible. The order was really messed up and I have never been this disappointed

The majority of our entrées include two made-from-scratch side items, and we offer all our guests a free unlimited supply of in-shell peanuts and made-from-scratch yeast rolls. My parents and I have been dining at the Clarksburg Texas Roadhouse for over 18 years. They have never let us down in having a fun dining experience. Their seafood, steaks, and side orders are superior. The staff is more like our family, since loosing my mother in 2013. The staff helps my father and I to feel right at home.
2 times went to eat with my wife last 2 times they brought me 16 oz. Sirloin so that's what they said it was when I allways order 16oz. Ribeye server took 10 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink I hadto ask for bread wich they never brought to us until the end of the meal, server told my wife she ordere 16oz. Cowboy cut sirloin you don't even have that on menu
Wow what can i say i love texas roadhouse i haven't been in about a year. But i can still taste those dinner rolls and cinnamon butter delicious. The salad is even good and i am NOT a salad person but there's is very good. And the steaks are soooo good i have not been dissatisfied my birthday is this Friday i am hoping and praying someone takes me :) A Wonderful place to eat and just all around nice restaurant.
For years I have been eating at Texas Roadhouse. The food is excellent, the service is extraordinary, and the prices are excellent.
On labor day we returned our daughter to Ball Sate University and went for dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Muncie. First it took forever to get our food, we complained to the manager, who basically called us a liar about our wait time, with no explanation or apology, when it was finally received it was not correct. Our previous visits to our local Hamilton, OH restaurant has always been good. We will not ever visit this location again and would like corporate to take a look at this manager. Our food was so late my husband did not even get to eat and had his meal to go. Very disappointed with overall experience.
