No garlic butter. Salmons under cooked. This is the 3rd weekend in a row. I'm done with you guys. They don't bring the order out when you pull up after certain hrs so you'll have to go in a get your food.
Me and my wife have gone to Texas Roadhouse 6 time over a year and 5 times Out of 6 my wife's steak medium well comes out right and I ordered the same mine come out bloody or real pink we odered the same steak Everytime I can't understand why
We generally enjoyed going to the Texas Roadhouse, however this time was horrible. They initially seated us directly under a vent which was blowing cold air so hard it was blowing the napkins off the table. We had to ask for another table which we got. The background music was so loud it hurt our ears. We asked if they could turn the music down twice. They did turn it down slightly but it was still too loud. We couldn't enjoy a conversation with each other. We got the impression the music was for the amusement of the workers and the customers be damned. The filet mignon had an excellent taste but was cooked unevenly. Half was medium well as we ordered it but the other half was rare. The potato was cooked well but they skimped on the butter and sour cream. Consequently it was too dry to finish. We didn't even order dessert. We couldn't wait to get out of there. I expect better for a $77 meal. Outback just opened a restaurant across from them and from now on they will get out business.
It was the worst service I've ever had they were rude my food was cold it was just a bad experience I would not recommend this place to anyone
We expected naked wings and got breaded chicken pieces, not what we expected. Steak and broccoli were not well seasoned. Barbecue chicken wasn't actually barbecued. Lettuce was disgusting iceburg and I didn't touch it. Very disappointed.
Was very disappointing the service we received, even after repeating ourselves multiple times our orders for our party of 6 was incorrect. My husband never got his drink. I asked for a manager and one came out 30 minutes later. Then his drink was still another 15 minutes. My food came out cold on a hot plate. Couldn't touch the plate it was so hot, but the food was completely COLD. Sent it back and they still tried to charge me. I again asked for a manager and still was on my bill. I said I wSnt paying for cold food I didn't eat and instead of taking it off I was given a discount. I call bs on that.the food was not good and it really ruined celebrating my daughters 21st bday. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. My husband steak was $30.00 and mostly gristle. Where's the meat in your steaks road house, do better!
Today, I visited the Texas Roadhouse at Joe Battle in El Paso with a party of seven. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
While I understand that delays can occur, the excessive wait time for our food was just the beginning of a very unpleasant dining experience. The real issue arose when I discovered a piece of wax wrapping paper inside my burger. After a few bites, I felt something hard while chewing. When I opened the burger, I was horrified to find this inedible item. I immediately informed the waiter, who swiftly took my plate away before I could react or fully process what had just happened.
Without consulting me, the restaurant decided to prepare another burger, but I was too disgusted to even consider eating it. I returned the replacement as I felt increasingly nauseated. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication or concern from the staff. At no point did anyone address the issue or inquire about my well-being.
Before leaving, I requested to speak with a manager. I explained the situation, emphasizing that my issue had been ignored and that nobody had asked me if I wanted my order remade. The manager claimed that she was under the impression I wanted another burger, which was never the case. It was only after I voiced my concerns that she offered a lukewarm apology, referring to the incident as merely an "inconvenience." This downplayed the severity of the situation, and I found it deeply unsatisfactory that it took this long to receive any form of apology.
I then asked if there was a way to formally file a complaint, and the manager mentioned that it could only be done online. She did offer to speak with higher management and returned with a $15 voucher for a future visit. I declined this offer, as it does not begin to address the seriousness of the issue. A mere $15 does not compensate for the distress and disgust I experienced, nor does it assure me that such an incident won't happen again.
As a side note, another member of our party was charged for items they neither ordered nor consumed, which further adds to the overall dissatisfaction with this visit.
This experience has marred the beginning of my weekend, and I sincerely hope that future patrons have a better experience than I did. However, I must express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the quality control and customer service at this location.
I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate measures will be implemented to ensure such an incident does not occur again.
The prime rib I ordered was all fat and what wasn't fat was so tough I could not cut it with steak knife.I would be ashamed to serve that piece of fat and call myself a steak house.stay away from here..
One of your employees father harassing people at the bar.Your manager Conner knows who he is. This guy was very odd and freaky! Upper management needs to address this issue. We come in for a good time, not to see some kind of circus act. This employee must be very embarrassed 😳.
Something popped up saying send this to 20 ppl and get 2 free entrées once I did it came back to the site it popped up saying continuing to the blue line is finished well that's not what it said at first even asked me to do 40 people I still was only at 65%. This was a bunch of crock and I truly love Texas roadhouse, but don't put these type of gimmicks out and they really don't work I was already for me and my husband to go have dinner but like I said after I put 40 friends in and I was only at 65% I got a little bit irritated and said forget it
The male manager was not very nice, the last time I was there I was charged for a game on ziosk and didn't see it til I got home so I emailed and no repairs went in tonight 3-21-24& showed him he said he would take it off but didn't so I ask waitress and he told her to tell me next check my receipt before I leave :(
All my son wanted was to eat at Texas Roadhouse in Goldsboro for his 16th birthday. The service was so bad. Our steaks were all raw for a party of five. Then after taking the steaks off our plates with cold sides I saw the manager after waiting 5 min who says to me yeah we are working on it. After waiting for almost two hours my daughter and I get less than half a steak and manager says we are taking $30 off your order. After getting the steaks we just leave. Last time I went there was metal that jabbed my cheek. All the manager did was say sorry as he handed me the steak🤦
I should have taken a pic of kids meal the steak was so burnt it was crunchy. Salad and potato was awesome. The chicken with mushrooms was so salty😭😭😭 and asked no season on kids meal it was seasoned. This isn't my first bad experience. Guess I'm done! Someone got me a gift card! Time before got a blooming onion it was served with 1 inch of grease on the bottom
This was the second time my daughter & I went to Texas roadhouse. We were told it would be a hour wait, I had to go to restroom, couldn't wait an hour, so I went inside & there were at lease a dozen tables with no one setting there, I ask the girl at the door why there was making all these people wait an hour, with empty tables in restaurant, she mumbled something than started talking to one of the other girl that worked there, we went back outside, but never heard anything on when to come in, my daughter & I was on list, won't ever come back there, T. R. H. Doesn't care about their cust. Or how they treat them
I VISITED THE BOWIE LOCATION. THE MALE MANAGER NAMED AL WAS COMPLETELY INSENSITIVE, RUDE, AND PROVIDED MY FAMILY WITH A UNFORGETTABLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE ARRIVED AT 7:20PM AND DID NOT GET SEATED UNTIL AFTER 9PM. AT THAT POINT MY FAMILY AND I WERE EXTREMELY TIRED AND TRULY HUNGRY. MY CHILDREN WERE ANXIOUS AND UNHAPPY. HOWEVER, MANAGER DENISE DID HER ABSOLUTE BEST TO FIND A SOLUTION. I LOVE LOVE LOVE HER AND SHE DESERVES A RAISE,PROMOTION,AND EMLOYEE/MANAGER OF THE MONTH! DENISE DENISE DENISE, GREAT GREAT GREAT! FIRE AL, TRAINING WOULDNT HELP HIM,HE DOESNT HAVE A GOOD HEART.
My plate was dirty and it was not my food on it and the spoon tasted like rusty metal so when I ate my applesauce it tasted like rusty metal and the mac and cheese tasted really bad.
My son decided this was where he wanted to go for his birthday, being of age and all. So he wanted and ordered the Filet Mignon. When his plate came out he said, "Mom this is not a Filet Mignon". I knew it was not Filet Mignon, but Filet Medallion. I do not believe in returning anything to the kitchen. I ordered Bundtlets for his birthday, so I was able to shift his mind. I wondered if Texas Roadhouse thought we did not know the difference between the two or if they didn't care. There was a five dollar difference, but I decided to not make a scene since it was my son's birthday.
I think next year we are going to Outback to see if a Mignon is a Mignon or a Medallion.
They make strawberry daiquiris, but they refuse to let my child have a strawberry daiquiri virgin. They said they can't do that. I watch them make it and then put alcohol in it. They got in their feelings and got emotional about it. I'm not really sure why or what's going on with that but, that's probably why they have more star reviews that five it's pretty rundown anyway
Although we live in Winsted -a trip to Waterbury is well worth it - excellent service and amazing food - from the moment we walked in-- our bartender Jake was enthusiastic - attentive and catered to our every need! Can't wait for a return visit! Thank you to the entire staff! A well oiled machine in a charming comfortable atmosphere
