Texas Roadhouse

Very disappointed, my wife and I had late lunch, I order a halk rack of ribs, loaded bake potato, with corn. My wife order shrimp w rice. Very disappointed, my potato had a ton of salt, which I never had that on a potato anyway. I could taste salt in the ribs as well as the corn. The corn was almost uneatable, scraped of the salt on the potato. My wife's shrimp was as well too salty. We spoke to the waitress and she said nothing they can do, what it is. For that reason, we will for go coming back to eat at your restaurant and am thinking about posting a comment on Google reviews as well. Those dinners, I my opinion, exceed the amounts of salt needed in those meals. Waitress said that how they cook all their meals, as we asked when leaving.

My husband had Snake Bites, two baskets of rolls, and Chili, before I even got my House Salad, my Fort Worth Ribeye was loaded with Fat, and overdone, his was also Fat Loaded, could not wait around for them to be re-done. South Lansing, Michigan. As for the Price, we could have gone to Red Lobster for my Birthday. Too bad, we used to love Texas Roadhouse.

We went to the TR by the Doninion last week. It was absolutely the worst eating out experience we have ever had. The crowd noise was bad enough but the country music they were playing over the loudspeakers only made the crowd talk louder to compete with the music noise. And then—- the food was terrible. The steak was dried out and had no flavor. The waiter was a nice young man and the Mac-cheese was ok. I recommend you stay away!

Very unprofessional management because they never return calls and also avoid you when you go into the restaurant for service and to ask questions

I waited 20 minutes and still didnt have a DRINK on the table or FOOD, there were ants that kept on crawling on me and fríes EVERYWHERE.

To start off.Your hostess Macenzie,was very sweet asked us if we had been there before? She didn't just say follow me.She had conversation with you till you got to your table.We then had a very sweet waitress named Lilli.I asked for a glass of white zin.She said we don't have that.I will check to see what we do have that is similar to that.If you don't like it.I will take off your tab.That sounded great to me.She brought me a glass of pinot nor.Which,I loved so much.I had another glass.We ordered 2 16oz prime rib dinners.We had a house Salad w/ Italian dressing & a czar salad. They both were great. The rolls were hot & delicious too.The prime rib that we had was the best we ever had.Thank-you,for the wonderful meal & service on our anniversary.It could not have been any better.It was also very nice seeing the staff all work together.

Crowded and noisy. We could barely hold a conversation at the table. It's no wonder that the food was wrong. I don't think the waitresses could hear us. Nonetheless, that doesn't excuse the poor quality of the food we eventually received. Tough, gristly steak, cold food...

Server never smiled and never checked back on us! Steaks were small and served on a bread plate! When I asked to see the manager, he was conversing SITTING DOWN IN NEXT BOOTH. WHEN I asked if he was the Manager he replied WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT? Complained to Corporate and they did nothing! (STEUBENVILLE OHIO LOCATION)

A few of my family members (7) went to celebrate birthdays (2) at TEXAS ROADHOUSE in Sam's circle in Chesapeake. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL AND TERRIBLE ALL OF THE ABOVE. We all sent our food back because it wasn't cooked right and it looked like they dumped the food on the plates with their eyes closed. My Caesar salad looked like they had served it to someone else first and gave me the leftovers…. It's a lot of young people working and I don't think they care about the QUALITY OF FOOD THEY ARE SERVING ALSO THE THE YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING… This restaurant is going to shut down with service like this. Y'all need retraining because this was a bad experience.

There were 9 in our group including a wheelchair. We were put in 2 booths. They pulled out an extension on the booth and sat the wheelchair person there. We waited a very long time for our food. The wheelchair person had no lighting over her so could not see. The food arrived and several plates had overdone steak. The wheelchair person could not eat her food. It was unpalatable. The manager offered to replace it. But, we had already been there a very long time so she said no to a replacement. They did take the meal off the bill. Very nice of them. We will not go there again.

My family and I visited the Texas Roadhouse in Muskegon Michigan...they all had steaks, cooked well done. I had a burger that was medium and pink inside. I immediately got sick and notified the restaurant...they gave me $20 off the next visit. Over the course of 2 days I got a lot sicker and went to the hospital. I spent the night there on an IV and the doctor determined I had picked up a virus. I notified Texas Roadhouse a second time and they rudely responded "it's your word against ours, prove it"

Brittany Griffith, Flagstaff, AZ. In our 20+ year experience of visiting Texas Roadhouse across the country we only once or twice encountered an owner/partner as engaged as Brittany. She does it all - seats people, takes orders, delivers food & takes extremely good care of her regular customers.

I ordered a NY Strip (medium) with mushrooms, house salad, baked sweet potato, and rolls. My steak was dry and overcooked but flavorful. The sides were delicious. Alcoholic drinks were weak, watered down, and disappointing. The atmosphere was quite noisy and loud. Definitely not the place for conversation with your meal! Our waitress, Camiah, was prompt, attentive, and friendly.

We put ourselves on waitlist from the laptop, was given confirmation of 15 minutes. Takes 10 to get to restaurant. Meva tells me they do not have it, ask me to wait until my husband comes in as he made the reservation. She then proceeds to check in 2 other quests. When my husband comes in she says we must have chosen the wrong store. My husband IS NOT STUPID. At that point she puts on the waitlist behind the other 2 parties, if she did not have us on her waitlist she should have put me on the waitlist before taking the other guest. My wait has gone from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Not my problem your system does not work, but it is also not my problem that Mava has poor customer service skills. Another restaurant got my business. I went to Texas Roadhouse because I'd been given a $35 gift card. It would be my first and last trip. Had a bowl of chilli that was awful. Then I had a burger with their house fries. The burger was okay but their fries ranked below their chilli. My friend had a steak that was both thin and Grey. She also had the fries.
The place was packed with people about to gorge themselves on mounds of truly awful food.
Our server was excellent and received a $17 tip from me. The tip was the amount left from the gift card that I would never use again.

We have tried the Brighton MI Texas Roadhouse 3x. 2 of the visits were horrible. ESPECIALLY our last visit. All 3x our food was cold.They ran out of sweet potatoes.When I finally got 1 it was hard as a rock. The last visit not only was a food cold but we got our salads after the main meal. The waitress blamed it on the cooks but she never checked to see how we were.

I placed an online order. I went to pick it up. It said to wait in my car since food was not ready. Temperature outside 106 degrees. After we canceled I received a message almost 1 hour later saying order is ready. I requested a refund. I have not received my refund yet. I Spoke to Manager Neomi located on Joe battle. I'm disputing through my bank now since I have not received my money yet a week later. Terrible service and thieves

Food is delicious but I was very disappointed by seeing one of the workers leaving the restroom without washing his hand and went straight to the kitchen.
