Texas Roadhouse

Waited to long for forgotten items. A drink and cheese fries. Cheese fries looked and tasted horrible. By the time I got back to the car my baby was sleep. She couldn't even eat her food. It was her drink and cheese fries I was waiting so long for.

I really like first impressions, this is my first time visiting this area(State) and I loved these restaurants as I travel. But this one in particular needs some serious work! Came with a party of nine, it took 11/2 hours for my party to be seated, and there were visible tables. I wish those well who don't mind this type of unacceptable management, but my Texas Roadhouse visits have come to an end.This is terrible.!

Enjoyed the food but the music was insanely loud. Could not hear the waitress who had to shout. Could not hold a conversation with friends and family. Kansas City restaurant. Will not return

They butchered my filet the little manager wad a joke to busy to cook steak right I came home and threw it all up wonder if they need a health inspection

Went to TRH for a birthday celebration, but things didn't go well. Most of the food was OK, but two of us got the pork chops, mostly because we like the peppercorn sauce. Our chops were OK, but the peppercorn sauce was terrible. It tasted like pure salt with a sour sauce added.
Just as we were leaving (after we paid the check) a cricket fell onto my sister's plate. Luckily we were already done! I talked to the manager and he said, "yeah, we've been having problems with crickets."
I don't thing we will be going back to TRH soon, especially that one (Mesquite, TX)

Ordered food at 5p, told my wife it wouldn't be ready until 6:30. They had her wait in her car for over another 30 minutes. When I called they couldn't find our order.

We went to the Texas Roadhouse in Belton Missouri for my moms 75th birthday and was told because we had 10 people we had to sit in separate tables! I have been a server for a long time and have never heard of this. Also we were told they could have put 2 tables together but they were 2 different stations, I know that was just an excuse as they could have given up another table for the other server if they took they big party.
There was absolutely no concern that we couldn't all be together and visit as we were across the isle from each other and would have had to yell. I am very upset and hope people go somewhere else if they have a party of 10 or more. Ridiculous!

We ate at the Suprise, AZ restaurant last night. We have been there several times, but last night was not very good. The cheeseburger was very salty, the cheese fries were not cheese fries, they were just fries with bacon. We ended up sending back the mini cheeseburgers and got a Ceasar salad to go. This morning we opened up the salad to see a dead bug in the salad. We had not opened it until we were about to eat it. So, I took the salad back to the restaurant, I mean we paid 7.99 for it, so I would only assume that they would give us our money back, credit a meal or something. When I spoke to the manager about it and showed her the salad, she basically said once it leaves the restaurant, it is out of our hands. "There are bugs flying around everywhere" it could of been in your house (quote from manager)... um... how did it get into our house and fly into the salad as soon as we opened it up and died on impact and bury itself in the salad. I do not have time to go around to restaurants and place bugs into my salad, it was rather insulting. The manager made it seem as I was in the wrong and did not make me feel very comfortable. She said they are not responsible for the salad and the best she could do was to give me a free appetizer, but not just anyone, either a bloomin onion (sorry don't know what they call it) or fried pickles, neither of which our family would eat. Not that it matters to this restaurant, but we will never dine here again. It looks like Outback has earned another customer. On a side note, we paid over 50 on our meals to not get a good experience. I should have kept the salad and took a picture, but she took it from me, last time I do that because it would have been more effective with the picture of the dead nasty bug.

Three times in last six months (granddaughter likes the place), we have had terrible taste in any and all carbonated drinks and tea. The claim it has been fixed but today, the aftertaste in their tea is reminiscent of the smell of sewer water.

I purchased gift cards when they ran "buy $100 get $20 bonus". I didn't receive my bonus card at the time I purchased.
I wrote to their support center more than 5 times. They sent me the bonus cards 10 days later without any apologies.

We have had great service and food at the Appleton location but today was not one of them. Had to wait for 20 minutes for them to open a section in the restaurant so we cud have a table bc the booths are so narrow for larger ppl. Rolls they brought to our table had a long blonde hair in them. Waitress took the basket and said a manager would be over to talk to us, was a no show. Told our waitress 3 times what we wanted to drink. Told her I had a coupon for a free appetizer but she never took it off our bill and my bad for not dbl checking. Food was mediocre tasting today either so salty it was ridiculous or no taste at all to the steak i had. Disappointed today for sure

Me and my husband went to your Fort Gratiot Michigan restaurant to celebrate my birthday, this was the worst service I have ever received got my coffee it was cold. Waiting and waiting for our food it never came. Then the manager came and told us that our food order was never put in! I will never go back to your restaurant again this was the second time we have been to this restaurant and have received this type of service!

Placed an order online when we got there they gave us a time online that it will be ready at 4:45. We got there. We still have to wait other customers we're coming up there and getting their order me and three other customers were sitting waiting the guy handed us our food out of the takeout window and said we're just waiting on bread. We waited for another five minutes and I decided to go inside because nobody ever came back to the takeout window, when I went inside, the guy was standing at the counter, talking to other coworkers asked to speak to the manager and all she can say is I'm sorry, so I food was cold when we got home because we were out there waiting. For him to come back with the rest of that order? Was so upset because we have spent $100 on cold $#*! food and this was the one in Live Oak never again bad customer service.

First thing is that our waitress was great so nothing wrong with her. Got my Caesar salad and hardily any dressing, along with a stink bug in it (it was still alive). They got me a new one but didn't offer to take it off my bill or anything. We got a platter appetizer it was great along with the rolls. But everything after was awful! My hamburger came out and had fell over and just they just left like that with ingredients all over the plate. And im a cook and my boyfriends steak and my burger were under seasoned and dry not worth the $90 dollars we spent and it was for our anniversary. Made it the worst one for the both of us thanks to Texas road house

Upon arrival I was seated in about 15 seconds ( Great) m, my waitress assistant was in a timely fashion. The appetizer was excellent.Just waiting on my main order and here it is over wait tine about 20 minutes really fast. 5 Stars.! You can hardly make out the receipt but over all ok no great.

We are regular customers at 535 Lincoln Street, Unit F, Worcester, MA *******. The service has always been great. The food is pretty good, a treat for people trying to stay on a fish-chicken-cheese diet.

But! The last time we were there we were seated in a booth adjacent to a large window with a blind. That window was so dirty it looked like it was foggy outside! The lazy flies on the window were numerous and disgusting! They seemed happy to be there! No proof of purchase survived, but the last time we were there they were passing out envelopes with tickets for prizes, had to come back and have manager open the envelopes. So that was the last week in August, 2023.

Our son treated us for my husband's birthday (69) I'm handicapped and they wouldn't seat us till our son was a here, we finely got together but once we finished our dinner, we felt like we were being rushed out for our table, when we just wanted to talk and enjoy our dinner and talk. My husband put his napkin on his dinner and left. The waiter asked again and I finely told him when sons beer was gone then we would be done.we won't go there again. We went there in middle of week thinking it wouldn't be crowded, it was crowded, very loud. We couldn't even talk to our son across the table without yelling. We will never eat there again.

We arrived and was seated rather quickly after we selected or steaks from the display case. Waitress took our order and our ticket stub for the steaks. Drinks and salad were good. Waited about half hour for our meals to arrive, noticed from the start, one steak was not what we selected from the case, much smaller. Cut into the other steak and it was well done instead of medium. Spoke with manager and she had them cook the one steak again, but would not be the one we selected. I ate the well done steak even tho we ordered medium. Another half hour passed and the second steak came out well dome again, ordered medium again. Expressed our disapproval and asked for a box to take home the left overs. Manager did not seem to care that our meal was a disgrace and we were un happy. Nothing done to try to fix the issue. Paid the check and left unhappy. A waste of an hour and a half.

Web site says open at 3 PM...phone says open at 3 PM...called 6 times...other than recording...NO ONE answers phone.

I have high expectations for Texas Roadhouse because it is always good but this location is the worst! They had to take it back 2 TIMES and I was not being picky I was only getting a medium steak with fries I timed my steak coming out to 1 hour. If you want beef jerky I would stop here if not I suggest going somewhere else. Cumming ga
