DON'T order from this place if you expect to have good customer service or communication from them. I placed an order at 9am and left for work for the day. In the evening, I saw nothing about it being delivered or otherwise. I sent off an email wondering about my order so they would see it the next morning. They said they cancelled the order because what I wanted wasn't in stock. Like maybe let me know? I could have ordered something different? Really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I won't ever order from them and you shouldn't either!
We ordered special 50th Anniversary flowers and paid for extras as in chocolates and a special Mylar Balloon for a special Co-worker for delivery that same day. The Cost was over $107.00 for a Deluxe Special Day arrangement with the Extras - The Card which I drafted on line clearly said Happy Anniversary. The Arrangement did not arrive on the day as promised, had a Happy Birthday Mylar Balloon, and the overall arrangement was totally different than what was ordered as a Deluxe Red roses arrangement. I am stopping payment on my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Barbara
HORRIBLE! They just dumped an arrangement outside of the building, didn't follow any of the instructions to call the person, flowers were out in the cold. When calling customer service - they refuse to talk to you. Put you on hold - wait hours if you want, but they DON'T pick up. Just wait for you to give up! THEY SUCK
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in law and they arrangement that was delivered was something from a corner store! It was so cheap looking and they told me that have a substitution clause. The clause said equal or greater value, the flowers i received were neither! Instead of a full refund they kept offered me $14, and then an additional $27. I called my card company to dispute it
I ordered a peace Lilly pot for my Mothers funeral, I was told that it would be 32 inches high, l asked to have a purple bow, and to have them delivered the day before the funeral, also there was to be a butterfly in the plant, I was charged $80 plus. The plant arrived the day of the funeral, it was no more than 12 inches high, and 6 inches around, no butterfly and a hideous blue and red bow, this plant could have been purchased at Walmart for $15 or less, When I contacted them, they said that in their terms it was substitution due to availability, and that they would send me $14.99, back. Beware of this so called florist!

Followed up again on expected delivery date and was told that my order had been refunded due to a flower shortage. Horrible service! A review of google maps and Better Business Bureau showed that they were not actually local even though they advertised as such. BBB had a poor rating. Should have done better research!
They could not deliver our flowers, so we cancelled the order. They have yet to give us a refund... that they promised to give it. We have advised them that we will take all actions against them that we can if they do not refund our money. Our next step is turning them into every agency that we can. They need to be put out of business if they are stealing from honest customers. Photos will follow of their emails if they do not refund our money. This is your last chance to do what is right.
Absolutely the worst company for flowers, they don't follow the address you listed when they confirmed what it was, said they would go back to pick them up and redeliver, only to call and they said the truck broke down, then never to get flowers. 3 days fighting with them to get 80.00 back, 2 times they hung up on me. Check reviews before ordering places unless to like playing games... NEGATIVE RATING
I picked the bouquet I wanted from the online site. I paid $10.00 extra to have the bouquet "full". What my relative received was not pretty and full like the online picture. Even the vase was different and there was no ribbon on the vase like in the picture. I paid close to $80.00 to get and average unimpressive bouquet. I called to complain. They said too bad, they have a substitution policy where if they don't have what you ordered that day, they just send your loved one something different, without telling you! After complaining, they took off $15.00. I was so embarrassed for what they sent my family member. I would definitely NOT recommend this florist.
I ordered my sister flowers and paid extra ($70 total) to have them match the picture and they look nothing like the picture! They are about a 3rd of the size of the ones in the picture, completely different vas, and style. I emailed the company and still haven't heard back. I WOULD NOT order from them!
I ordered flowers for a very close friend that died. 4:30 pm the night before calling hrs. They cx'ed the order. They said they don't have any flowers. I am left to try to find something in the morning, The guy who took my order actually said" If you don't mind me asking, how did your friend die?!" I usually do my due diligence but it's been a bad week and i slipped but from what I have read I'm probably better off. I ordered a $200 arrangement!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP! I should have found the terrible reviews before I ordered. The website says shipping is free. No shipping was shown on my order when I purchased on line, however, when I viewed my credit card charge, I was charged an additional $15.99 shipping. I wanted to cancel my order but they said my flowers were already being delivered. I had to get frustrated and argue with them to get a credit for the shipping. In addition, the flowers that were delivered were NOT the arrangement I ordered. I ordered the Blushing Love arrangement for $59.99 and the flowers that were delivered were all white in a clear vase, which is probably a cheaper arrangement. I am going to be getting a picture of the flowers that were delivered and will need to take this up with the flower shop. From reading other reviews, this flower shop substitutes cheaper arrangements.
I purchased flowers to be delivered in Streator, IL because the florist stated that orders placed before 2:00pm would be delivered the same day and that they were a local florist. Neither was true. The woman taking my order was rude, the flowers weren't delivered that day, even though it was before 2pm and the order itself was substandard. They weren't located in Streator either. The website talks about NV but the bank charges are from NJ. Local? No. The arrangement was super small, I asked for no pink, got pink, and so overcharged for delivery I was stunned. Never again
Ordered and was told the arrangement would be delivered the next day. Around 4 pm it wasn't there so when I called, I was told that I requested the delivery be made the following day? What? The following morning, I received a call they are not going to be able to deliver the arrangement due to " a supply chain issue". Terry's Florist is a JOKE! Do not use!
I placed an order early in the am to have delivered to my wife before she left work at 2pm. I called the florist at 1:30 to see if the flowers had been delivered. I was told that they had not because they didn't receive their flower shipment for the day yet. I was told they wouldn't be delivered today as requested but could be delivered the next day. Since they were for my anniversary this wasn't an option. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one wasn't available. I canceled my order and had to scramble to make other arrangements. This florist is very unprofessional and I would highly recommend going elsewhere!
So very disappointed by the customer service of Terry's Florist in Aplington, IA. Tried to do the right thing and order from a local florist. Shortly after placing our order I called to change the sympathy card. The person I spoke with assured me the change would be made. I asked for a confirmation email, which they sent, and it said it was correct. Then I saw a photo of the card and it was wrong! I called customer service several times and they couldn't have cared less. Never again. Use any other florist instead.

They indicated they would then then I find out that they deliver flowers (2 hours after my call) which were nothing what I ordered - looked like cheap flowers from Wal-mart shoved in a vase and they charged me again! I ordered flowers yesterday for delivery yesterday and they were not delivered. They called/messaged my wife whom the flowers were for, when she try to call them back she had to leave a message that still hasn't been returned! I've been on phone for 20+ minutes most of that on hold.
