When initially purchasing the application, i accidentally purchased the wrong version, the one used for Windows, however, I use an apple product. Upon reaching out to customer service, I had my issue resolved in a timely and professional manner that put me as the customer first. I truly appreciate their courtesy and efficiency in resolving any issues and ensuring smooth use of their application. I highly recommend their services!

Purchased software from this company to help bypass MDM on my IPad. Their software didn't work and was not performing as it should. I sent an email to technical support waiting for a reply. They replied and told me to restart my device, which didn't work. Waited longer for another response and finally got fed up and purchased a different software from another company that worked correctly. I emailed technical support back and asked for a refund. They told me that there was nothing wrong with their product and "I changed my mind" because they have up to 30 days to help me fix the problem. That is complete BS. I should not have to wait up to 30 days for them to troubleshoot because their software is not working correctly. I wanted access to my iPad that same day. Their technical support team was not helpful and did not help fix the situation, now they refuse to refund my money for a product that doesn't work. This company is awful and will never recommend to anyone. They don't even deserve the 1 star they are getting.

I bought this company's software to unlock my ten year old son's iPhone and iPad because he forgot the password (or maybe one of his friends blocked it). And it's very simple, just a few clicks on Next, Next, Next and the smartphone came to life! The guys made a great product! Rip-off software out dated if it ever worked to begin with crooks they blame you report your credit card stolen otherwise they will get paid but when credit card hears stolen its over for them they will email you stupid questions pretending to care then 3 days later them will $#*! can you
