I have shopped Temu for almost a year. I have researched and found quite a few of their products on US Stores sites at much inflated prices. Sites such as Amazon, WalMart, Wayfair, Overstock, etc.
If you don't like the inexpensive products, the shipping time or return policy, simply don't shop here...

It really is Wish.com 2.0, same low quality junk at a low cost. I ordered 10 items from various categories from clothing to kitchen to pets and because of horrible packaging 2 items were broken (bubble wrap would have solved this) all the items were just as I expected, not what was shown in the picture, low to very low quality and a complete waste of money. After placing an order with temu someone tried to log into my bank account. Luckily my bank noticed suspicious activity and locked my account. After this, I saw on Reddit that I am not the only person this has happened to. There are many people comparing that after after making a purchase with temu, they noticed fraudulent charges on their accounts. If I would have known this prior I would have NEVER made a purchase. So be aware that your information is not safe with them.

I have received 4 packages of many items. Some things like rings, are either stunning, or not at all like the photos. A few things have been broken, but I could easily repair them. The prices are crazy cheap for good quality. The biggest negative is the ridiculous volume of emails that come hourly all day promising $ off that you never receive. The prices are so low, this does not seem necessary. Please review this policy and decrease the number of daily/hourly emails. It is not necessary once a person continues to order.

I recently looked into to temu and thought it was going to be great. I bought a bug repellent and an air purifier. For like 16 dollars. To good to be true. The air purifier came in pieces with zero instructions in English. These are extremely extremely cheap products just to get you to buy from them. AND! If you think for one second your going to be the one out of ten a day world wide to get a Nintendo switch for $7 dollars... You're image to believe that. Nintendo's company would NEVER let that happen. This is a pure scam out right

Sure Temu has lots of great junk (emphasis on junk) at junk prices but it's not worth it - ever since ordering from Temu, I have gotten daily robo calls growing in number on a daily basis, up to 6 a day now. It seems that by blocking the number, I am signalling someone that there is a live person here and the number gets sold more and more. I am also getting text spams daily and I click report as junk and delete but this is daily. I can't prove a connection to Temu, I would just have to say it is a wild coincidence if it's not them. Have had my phone number since early 90s and this has NEVER been a problem of this magnitude before Temu.

I spent over $320:00 and only received 11 out of 52 items, the USPS never delivered it and said they did. I have a camera at my door, it was never delivered. I even called my neighbor to go and check at the mailbox when I didn't see it on the camera. Nothing was there…. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN… It's hard to spend your money and not get the things you ordered……I even spoke to them on chat customer service…. I'll go back to Amazon where you know that it's placed at your door…

I have read the review on this site and when I mean I read them, I READ all of them and I'm completely terrified of what I'm gonna get sent. I'm probably not even get my order and I spent time. I ordered on 5/8 and my order was supposed to be here at the 16-19 of may, it is currently the 19. Hopefully it arrives today with no damages or doesn't arrive to the wrong address. I started shopping at timu a couple months ago I've spent over $300 at the beginning of April I sent back some things half of my credit I wanted back from my original payment method and the other half I wanted credited to my team new account so I can do more shopping they have lost my items that I've returned they owe me a $48 credit they voted to me for 2 months I've spoke to supervisors I've done everything I know how to do I call every week and I haven't even so much as received an email where's my $50 how do I get my credit back

Fun site too shop on...At xmas I ordered dog sweaters and pet supplies...all were wonderful...very wellmade but too small...I went too return them for larger size...They responded by saying too keep them or donate...8 sweaters and they refunded my money...I took al of them too the SPCA...they were so happy...shipping was amazing...1 week...its from china...so that was quick...I just ordered 4 dresses...2.99 each...even if there copies.its worth it too me...I spent 21.00 including shipping with this price...thats a dinner out for me...so good luck...my exsperience was great...

All of the products we've received have been of good quality and very inexpensive. LOVE the FREE SHIPPING. One item was not Internet compatible and I called the. And they gave me a credit (offered to return $ as well), and didn't want the product back. Very good customer service. The only thing I think they could do better on is description of products. It's not very much information sometimes. Clothing sizes are iffy at times. Ordered 3 tops, one fit well, one was a little too tight and one was too big. All were supposedly the same size. Overall, we are very satisfied with Temu.

I was skeptical when l first came across this website and wondered how can they afford to sell things so cheap, including jewelry, like rings,for instance, which l was interested in purchasing,when they look so beautiful in the pictures? But the more l read about Temu and the more l kept looking at the beautiful pictures l decided to order 6 rings and 2 pendants. I just received my order today from Temu and l was totally surprised and thoroughly delighted with my purchases. The rings far exceeded my expectations and are stunningly beautiful and of superior quality and even more beautiful than in the pictures. They do not look cheap at all, in fact, on the contrary,they look a lot like the real thing. The attention to detail on a lot of the rings and the sparkle of the stones is exquisite, enhancing their beauty and making them look real and expensive. Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
