I've placed several orders. Everything is much smaller than they show & they ship everything in a bag which several items came broke. I'm still awaiting an order & received little assistance. I would not recommend this site at all.

I have ordered from here several times and have not returned any items however have had some damage in shipment which they immediately refunded. They also have provided a five dollar credit when one item arrived late without me asking. If you purchase an item and the price lowers, they will credit you the difference with the request in your account settings more than once. I LOVE me some temu, Temu is where's it at, Get you some temu, download that app lol. I'm not going lie it's addictive, everytime you here that ding notification just wanna shop, Im up to my 4th or 5th order.

I seen complaints but Like any site you have to be realistic and use common sense look at shop reviews and customer reviews as they are not the same thing, each seller on temu is different not just one general person so the quality is going to varied.

Shipping -Theres multi shipping company they use, depending on product location could be in muliti places and your location is hows it's determined. Like most of my packages arrive early within 4-7 business days if postal delivery, other carriers have their own time frame so it could be 7-10 you need to look down at estimate delivery time they give you while ordering it tells you how long or order early so it can arrive on time they notify every step of the way. Don't buy stuff you need immediately.

Products- I don't care what nobody says if you spend a dollar or 2 don't be expecting high quality premium stuff all the time, its going break or work like a cost a dollar sometimes... No different discount stores it varies.
Everything I bought came exactly as pictured, quality varied depending on the seller for example I bought a cosmetic bag cost $10 it's amazing, came exactly as shown, no defects, brand new smell I like, perfect in size, nothing leaks out it's waterproof, fantastic.
I bought clothes sizing is tricky because you have measure yourself sometimes you can order a size down varied on item, Quality is great, cost me $10-15 dollars, wash up well without fading or tearing apart, didn't shrink in the dryer. Don't expect the exact pic as it's a copy of what the picture looks like but still great and colors are vibrant and bueatiful. I did buy some bottle stopper tops and can covers for.98 cent when I tell you they work amazing, I was like let's get it temu. Exactly as pictured, quality and all.

Pricing - pricing varied, typically low as.89 cent til 100s depending on product, they have deals all the time, no need to worry about that, always free shipping.

Overall I'm very pleased with temu, and will continue to support there business for very long long time.

I am ashamed to say I've spent a few hundred dollars on Temu.com because they have an amazing selection of unique items from which to choose. Not anymore. While there are many things that can help you with housekeeping, the majority of things I've bought are cheap, made in China, and not as expected. Jewelry often tarnishes, breaks easily or looks cheap like the price you paid for it. Occasionally, you may get a quality ring in stainless steel, but that is not the norm. I purchased 5 clothing items in one order and each was made of the same poor quality materials, a cheap, thin polyester. I would never buy clothing from them again. Yes, Temu.com is a legitimate company who crams orders in to orange plastic mailers which can cause crushing of hats and other items. They do refund money if you are not satisfied once the item is returned.

It's about time that a business ( brick and mortar or online) offers thousands of products the are actually "affordable" to the people that are suffering the most through, pandemics, out of control inflation, political failures immigration situations and the list goes on and on and on and on. These people are called the "Middle Class". Hopefully, they will not slide from the "middle class to the last class.". As far as I can tell, Temu is going in the right direction in this segment of American Business. In the inevitable end, either the other retailers will fall in line behind them, clone them and do it sincerely or face the same fate as Toys are Us, Kmart, Sears and that list goes on and on. I, myself, am a former retail owner of a group of Hallmark stores. Sold out and followed my basic instincts to do business (service businesses) that the majority of my clients would be able to afford. As wonderful as Hallmark products were, they were becoming "unaffordable" to a large percentage of my customers. Jump ahead 40 years to today June 8,2023, and where do you find Hallmark Cards being sold? Thousand and thousands are being bought at stores like Dollar Tree. Worst online shopping experience ever!

I ordered about 8 items, a boy shoe size 13 was way too big, a girl shoe size of 3 was way too small. One item (fishing pole) was missing from the package. I asked for refund of the pole, they insist it was packaged inside a small bag. It is so ridiculous! There is no way you can even put the pole in that bag! They claimed their warehouse checked and confirmed the pole was packaged inside. They claim the package is about 24inx20in, not even close to the size! Never waste your time to buy anything from them again!

I wanted to purchase my order with 4 instalment payments with PayPal. It didn't go through on my end, so I cancelled my order. It states you can get a refund! WRONG. They have credited me the amount of my order $72. Before I was told I couldn't be reimbursed, the next day I redid my order plus added another item and was able to go through a different account and in 4 instalments, $99. PayPal have notified TEMU, and I have been messaging back and forth, insisting I won't my money. I don't won't it sitting in their account and don't won't to purchase another item. I am a pensioner and need my funds back into my account. I checked into this matter with a legal company and by law they must refund me. I still get messages 'we are looking into it'…this will be my last order if I am not refunded my money…not their money, but legally mine.

Te.u is awful they lie and make no sense. Their stuff breaks and they will not refund you or credit you. You can't get anyone on the phone. Buy American?! Temu is HORRIBLE!

I would like to take back my original review. This order has been fulfilled and the delivery company ended up delivering the items after the fact.

I spoke to customer service explaining that I finally did receive my order and they could cancel my refund request. The customer service girl said it was too late to reverse the refund but that I could keep the items. I wish it wasn't so chaotic to begin with but I'm satisfied with their service and the items received. SO IN THE END I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The shipping company says that my order was delivered. However, this was not delivered as it said it was. There was nothing left at the front door and I have cameras to show that this was not delivered to my address. Perhaps they delivered to the wrong address.

I called the laser ship company that they used and It was just a message stating to call whoever we ordered from.

I called their customer service phone number and was told they would issue a refund to my credit card. I feel like the customer service person wasn't really interested in what I had to say. Of course, a refund issued to my credit card is a good thing but I would have much rather gotten the items I ordered. I was reluctant to order from Temu to begin with but a family member of mine recommended Temu. I feel like this could have been handled differently. The customer service person rudely said she works for Temu not the shipping company. Perhaps, you need to find better shippers. As a first time customer I have to say I'm disappointed. I really wanted the items and to be honest maybe they could have tried to reach out to the shipper or even offer to resend the items ordered. The customer service rep couldn't be bothered.
