I returned a number of items to Temu (all on one order) and they were in excellent condition. I only got refunded for one item. Now I am going back and forth with Temu. They say my order could be under another account and just giving me the run around. Two items on the same order as the other items came from a different warehouse. The others came from overseas. No answer yet. So frustrating.
Return policy does not work for elderly or disabled if the return is heavy and customer lives alone and does not drive there is not option for to return defective product.

This company or whatever it is called is an absolute piece of Garbage. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which should have been received on July 8th but did not arrive until today July 16th. The shoes were nothing compared to what was shown on the picture. It was a total piece of trash. Please do not buy anything from this so-called company. It's a fluke. Instead of asking for a rating from 1-5 star, there should have been an option to say "F" you as well. It was very disappointing overall.

I purchased a pair of shoes at $12.65 and received a wrong size (too large to wear) in Jun. 2024. I requested a "free return" and I received a $4.66 refund in July, 12th. I contacted the help center, and the real person agent told me that the $7.99 deductible is for the shipping fees. I argued that shipping fees should be showed before the return starts, not after. As a result, the help center didn't issue the refund of shipping fees.
I recommend you not to purchase from this APP if your time is more valuable than the cheap price. TEMU is designed for those housewives, retired people who have no work, no income. I am a working class. After purchasing and returning a hundred of items on this website, I decided to quit.
This APP is not reliable. They do not have credibility to trust with. Sneakily charging customers the shipping fees is not the American way in doing E-Commerce. Temu should be banned. I would continue to file complaints with BBB and other government regulatory agencies.

I ordered an expandable garden hose from Temu. I installed it and it seemed to work perfectly. Unfortunately I bought it back in Feb 2024 and it just broke about 2 weeks ago. It is spraying water out from the connection. I contacted Temu and told them it was defective. Unfortunately their policy on this item was only returnable within 90 days of purchase. My warning to all of you is be careful what you order from Temu. If it only has a 90 day return policy then you might consider paying a bit extra to buy it from a retailer that warranties items for more than 90 days. By the way I just bought another one of these hoses before the older one broke. So, I guess I need to return it or expect it to break in less than 6 months.

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them...
So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!

I supposedly recently received two orders from Temu. I only received one and requested a refund for the missing order from Temu.
They asked me to look all over for the missing order, but it still was not found. I told them the shipping service they used loses orders all the time (they have the lowest online rating possible). I showed them how both orders had the same photo of one Temu order in the same position. Just when I thought things were resolved, they suggested I look inside the package for both orders together.
This would be 11 items, and they wouldn't all fit. They suggested this twice.
I even reached out to Temu and PDD leadership about this out of frustration. My family is a good customer of theirs, and we have recommended Temu to countless others, both online and offline.
I was told several times by Temu they would resolve my situation via their escalation team within 24 hours and they do not. I keep getting what looks like an AI response which doesn't resolve my situation. I just got Thank you for reaching out to the Temu Customer Service Team. I used to love temu, i deleted the app recently. Somehow in my pocket i placed a large order that i have no idea how it made it into my cart, and also checked itself out. Within 5 mins i tried to cancel the order, but the site said the items had already shipped.

I purchased a laser rangefinder from TEMU but did not open it until golf season arrived (after their 90-day return policy). The product looked nothing like the one I ordered, and it doesn't work - it won't power up.

I have placed close to 75 orders with Temu. I has few problems and the past 6 orders have been nightmare with shipping. I have liked the company and their 1st line of Customer Service tries to be helpful and if the problem is escalated nothing happens no way to influence the shipping issues. I have NOT had problems with most products and the couple I have no issues with refunds. I placed two orders. You can not pay for expedite shipping with electronics in States so that order was the 2nd order I placed. (Interestingly enough the 2nd order has already shipped.) I chose expedite shipping since I have had issues recently ( things like 6 days being handed over after clearing customs, 6 days to pack order, missed Father's day gift though due no later than 13th showed up 20th of June) I paid 12.90 US for it to arrive between 2nd and 8th of July. Reported to them on 29th of June that it was still being packed ( virtual agent who escalated it. A useless thing in my experience) and phoned today to let them know status has not changed. The order is still being gathered. He explained that some items were out of stock now and they were holding the order. I requested they just cancel those items out of stock and just ship. Nope they can't do that. 🙅 The offer of 13.00 would be given if it doesn't arrive by 8th. Darn straight it will that is just a refund of my expedited shipping. I live in rural Maine so it won't be here even of it is shipped out today, which isn't happening. The Customer Service people on front line offered me a 5.00 credit. Which after spending so much time on my last few orders I won't be using. I will maybe try in a few months and right now I am done with this. Hopefully they will get it back together..

Shopping through TEMU is like spinning a Roulette wheel. I have made about 10 purchases in the last 6 months. One purchase arrived a month late, another item I bought did not arrived and when I checked, it showed it had not shipped so I contacted the seller and was told the item was no longer available. Three times I purchased items only to find out shipping would be delayed by several weeks. Today I received a package that was to contain 35 panels of decorative garden fence however it only contained 10 panels. The seller showed item was no longer available so I have to repackage and bring item to delivery company to return then wait for refund while once again shopping around for item. Of purchases that have arrived on time and as advertised quality has been mixed. I'm done with TEMU and would not recommend.

Iv'e purchase for the first time on temu and paid it by card and they let me wait until more than the said valid date of delivery when i follow up they said still on follow up?! I waited that long and they offer me 5dollar, i dont need 5 dollar i want what i paid for, but what dissapointed me more is that they will refund it within 14 days which apparently when we purchase the item we pay it on time. I am now bother if im going to purchase here again.

This was the worst customer service ever. I was never told it would cost me 7.99 to return an item. If I had of known that then I would of kept the item. I didn't want to use my credit on shipping it back to your company. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not recommend your company to anyone. I should have received my credit back due to not being notified of your plans. Worst experience. Then when I asked to talk to a manager I was told I couldn't. Not acceptable.

I bought 3 pair of sandals to try the quality and I must say it's garbage, you can't put them on twice because the upper synthetic material is so thin, it's almost see thru and they don't weight nothing, materials are so light you could be surpised it's not invisible.
I also bought a casual dress and it didn't fit me, the material was so bad quality!
The thing I'd like someone to explain to me is just where these amazing reviews on their page come from, should be like Shein that you give a bad review and it doesn't appear on their site.
50 dollars gone to the garbage...Lesson learned.

Update: for you to return a product, you need to pay for them, so, sending an item from the Dominican Republic to China would be ilogic; they give you a refund option but it was only for 1/4 of the order and they don't show bad reviews on their products, be aware!

Very cheap,but quality is better than you would think, customer service is quick and fair.
Delivery is usually around 10 days which is better than their competitors.

Dress arrived and not even the colour was like the advertisement- the material was nylon rubbish -no shape,wrong colours to the one I chose- I would not even get buried in it. I gave it to the Charity shop.

I never received my order and Temu refused my repeated requests for a refund. I spend 1 hour trying to resolve the issue with their support team and frankly all their comments were empty words

Living in Montreal, I bought an outside bicycle storage tent in February. It was not until Spring when I was able to open to attempt to use product. Which puts me out of the 90 day return window.
I unfortunately discovered it is defective, as it is missing three places for the poles to fit that are meant to support it. Particularly what I paid even if were not defective would have been disappointing. When I went to leave a review for the purchase, the Temu.com site would not permit me to upload a photo.
With much editing, I was able to upload a photo here. Second picture uploaded here is the picture from the Temu.com site for comparison. Buyer beware...

They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
