I placed an order for 12 items Aug 3rd and it arrived August 10th. Everything was exactly how I ordered it. It was my first order and I was very satisfied with how it went. We are very spoiled by Amazon because of the over night service. But the prices obviously don't compare as a match to Temu. The way I've looked at it, there are some things I can order from Amazon and some things I can order from Temu. I have certain items that I can only get from Amazon. I may need them right away,. I wasn't in a hurry for these items and the prices were good.

Every order is correct and delivered within their window. Return/refund policy is incredible. Customer service is prompt & efficient. All items are as described and of excellent/good/ fair quality for the unbelievably low prices. I am a die hard fan and have ordered atleast 50 times! Have not one problem. I cannot praise enough. I also want to add that I've purchased items on Amazon only to find identical items on Temu for a quarter of the price! Yes. The EXACT same item! For example, I purchased a pair of mesh sneakers from Amazon for $40. I then ordered what appeared to be the same item from Temu for $8.00. When I received them I compared the two and they are EXACTLY THE SAME! Just a different "name." I kid you not!

I don't want come back to temu again, temu used lasership to delivery the package, this shipping company doesn't follow my delivery instructions, the shipman leaves the package in the lobby, I request pick up package from the person, I lost a lot of packages in this year, last month I lost one package, the happened was the shipman leaves my package in the lobby, I don't know the package arrived, someone stole my package, and the shipman doesn't care the customer received the package or not, I contacted temu customer service to get refund, they said I can't get refund, I don't believe temu choice this worse shipping company to the customers, the customer lost package temu don't want to responsible, they said delivery to the correct address, but I request the shipman don't leave the package in the lobby, it is not my fault, why temu don't refund the money to me? It is not fair to me, I felt very upset about it, From now on I won't go back to temu, there is very bad customer service I never had.

I've ordered from them 11x and they are selling exact same things as Amazon, only difference is the loophole in the us trading laws. So Amazon sells with marked up prices so they make there profit off of selling stuff. TEMU is the supplier for Amazon mostly. Without the middle man your paying direct to consumer prices. It's genius. All my things have been as pictured on TEMU. All has arrived in a timely manner and All is freeeeee shipping and track numbers. It's literally unbelievable and perfect. It people! I had ordered several items including a tiny brass bunny and a tiny brass tiger. My husband and I created a keepsake shadowbox frame that included several items from TEMU. Every order purchased, was just as advertised. The brass items were heavier and better than anticipated. The frame was a tribute to our good friend, a magician, "The Great Raguzi".
We had a magic wands, doves, a brass tiger, tiny playing cards, dice, and small L.E.D. lights.It turned out to be a beautiful treasure for Raguzi's birthday celebration. Everything came together because of a website like Temu.com. Thanks Temu.

Temu had delivered consistently good quality merchandise every time I've ordered. All orders have been timely and all items were delivered that I ordered.if you're complaining about cheap merchandise, maybe that's what you ordered! Great app to use. On three separate orders, this company duplicated items (and charged me) immediately after I purchased them. I agree to one price, and then my CC is charged an extra $$ for the second item on the same order. When I got my receipt, I was like, wait - that's about 10.00 more than I agreed to... and then I figured out the issue. In my last order, I triple-checked my items were at qty 1, and nope - they duplicated 7 out of the 8 items of the order. They do ship the second item, but their return process is horrible! Is this a way to get more money out of their customers? It is a horrible business practice, and you must wait over a month (6-8 weeks) for your refund. About 50.00 more than I wanted to spend on the order. I have to wait for the long shipping process, then I can request a refund and a return label for items I never even purchased in the first place. What a pain and I am out that money for over a month!

The problem with these type of places is that they do a whole bunch of things to get you to be a customer. They hand out coupons and they're friendly. As soon as you buy a few things next thing, you know they yank the coupons. They are not that friendly, and they keep making excuses as to why they won't give you any. Either that or they say wait 24 hours and you'll get one! Big boo. So yeah, be grateful if you're a new customer because once you're in it, you will be tossed to the side.

Ive ordered two items to start, a shirt, and a solar charge hummingbird color change wind chime. Well both came intact, quality was better than i honestly expected for what i paid for the whole order. The hummingbirds are beautiful, the shirt was too big, but this particular option didn't have a chart to go by so i got the smallest option that one had. The amethyst was decent size, and great in color! I have another order coming, ill update then.

They sell cheap stuff cheap, so you get what you pay for. Second time I have ordered from them and Once bit Twice shy, No third time. Cheap Junk and you forget what you order, because it takes Soooooooooooooo long to get it. Not Again.

I brought 10 jackets and its too cheap looking not like photo shows. My problem is that they dont give you credit back to my card but they will keep this credit in there account balance me to buy again. No interest too buy more items because the quality problems. Im so unhappy with Temu blaming me because Usps didn't deliver one of my packages but delivered the other one and they won't give me my refund so I deleted my account I'm never ordering from them.

I sent back everything with my return label but they never issue my refund and there supervisor said we never receive it but my return label said it's delivered never gonna buy anything

I am an elderly lady who really cares about how I look and dress. My make-up and hair are always done and I don't leave my home unless they are. I manage a Senior Mobile Home Park. When residents come in I always get complements on either my outfit, my shoes or my jewelry. Most always it is from Temu. After a couple of weeks they will come in and either tell me my recommendation of Temu is the best thing that has happened to them in a long time or they are really upset because they can't stay off of the website. I have several who come in to show me their "new wardrobe". Two people have told me the haven't been able to afford new clothes in years and with Temu they can. One resident told me she can now buy 1 complete outfit a month thanks to my recommendation of Temu. Obviously, I tell everyone.
I was leary of ordering from ANY website other than the popular one, but Temu is wonderful. I get everything I order in a timely fashion and love almost everything I get. I have even bought things for my friends because everything is so inexpensive. They love it too. I think my favorite are the shoes and earrings, but everything else has always been just as described. Love it!

Everything I've ordered from Temu has been of acceptable quality. Some items are better than others. It's usually a bargain, as you get what you paid for.

I was always skeptical of purchasing from TEMU, it just seemed too good to be true, so I decided to place a small order. Now I'm hooked. Shipping isn't as fast as Amazon - I knew that - and wasn't expecting to receive items as quickly as I did - approx 8-10 days. Pretty good. The prices, good Lord! I thought the quality of my items would compare to the prices, but they don't. Granted I bought a few pairs of sandals for like 3.00 each and I'm not expecting them to last years, but am SUPER happy with the quality and fit for the price for sure! I've made a few more purchases, jeans, sun glasses, sandals, and I've receive everything I've order and am happy with the product. Hey, you get what you pay for, and in this case I'm extremely satisfied with the quality based on what I'm paying. More orders to TEMU and less to Amazon = HUGE SAVINGS for me!

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
