No policy for refund item… looks like it depends to them they want to refund the money or not… recently I return 4 item but only get money for 2 item… after waiting 1 weeks they said they didn't fouothe 2 item which was more than 150$ value…. This is either Canada post/ temu warehouse fault why should I loss my money… every penny matters… very disappointed.

I am tired of them asking to verify what I bought and not sending it to me when I bought it and they are not reliable to the customers

Make sure you take photos of your return package complete with items before you send it as after only two returns both times Temu claiming items were not present. Managed to sort one out and currently trying to resolve the other. Would not recommend using them. Be careful with your hard earned cash.

I've bought many times from this site. The prices and the products are great. Only 1 thing arrived broken by handling but it only cost me $2.50 so I let it slide. Their women's shirts are great and their sizing is true to fit. Biggest complaint is the coupon offers. I ordered $50 worth of stuff today and received a $40 off my next order coupon but you have to use it within 24 hours. They are a greedy company. In the long run the stuff is so cheaply priced I really don't need coupon I guess.

I have purchased a few times through Temu. Although the egg slicer leaves something to be desired, it works and I got what I paid for. The shirts are fantastic. I know better than to order my USA size from an oriental company. Be smart. I ordered a size or so bigger based on the measurements they show with the products. They all fit wonderfully. I ordered bins for the refrigerator - all exactly as described. I ordered a small wooden container with 15 large eyed needles in it for less that 3$. Found the same item on Amazon (exact) for 6.99. In general, I like the pricing, quality of products, relative speed of delivery, and detailed shipping updates. What I do NOT like is the fact they offer coupons and discounts, they tell you these are active and to add more items to qualify for the next level of money off for your CURRENT order as you are placing the order, then do NOT honor those coupons! And yes, I know they show many coupons for FUTURE orders, but when activating ones for the current order, they do not always honor them! Chatting with them is friendly, but they insist all coupons are only FUTURE orders. Very bait-and-switch! Do not order thinking you will get any discount on any current order. Disappointing.

I have ordered from Temu many times and have never had any complaints. Everything has always been worth the money. I play their games and have won my free gifts, it does take quite a while but sofar have recieved a vidio doorbell and and kitchen runner. I would recommend to anyone.

I was in the middle of doing a freebie game and i got off for about a day or two but out of nowhere i get a notification about temu purchasing everything in my cart which is 3 items. All i'm gonna say is do NOT trust this app and always delete your card info every time you use it. They will purchase things to your card without your consent!

I made a few big orders with Temu, I was out for the day and they apparently delivered them, I came home with no parcels in sight, checked everywhere and with neighbours, Now the order wasn't cheap and yet TEMU are refusing to replace or refund my order

Apparently this shopping website offers free shipping (so they say)however in an another way they will charge you and forget about your temu credit money because when you order they will take that money.The fact that every you order comes crushed or cut by costumes or when they repack it also the fact that the orders take so long to be shipped and then it takes forever to be delivered.You can't shop for anything unless you have $15 in the account is ridiculous.What if someone just wants to try it for the first time and buy something less than $15 dollars?What a way to throw off customers and future reviewers.And what's up with the countdown clock to checkout?Temu used to be a good website but as soon as people started to rave all over social media about it and giving Temu 5 stars when the site was knew that's when Temu started going down the hill.Is not really a trusted shopping website anymore and I will start checking out other competitors shopping websites.I added 3 photos that show the excessive tax collection the fact that they use your temu credit.

I place an order. Very next day they created a USPS label but no package was submitted to the USPS almost for a week. It appears that they are selling merchandise they do not have or after placing an order they buy from their vendors in database with available inventories.

I ordered 8 items on 30th July 2023 but items never arrived. So I asked them to resend the items instead of refund but today as on 6th September 2023, I saw the message from Temu saying "Customer is not reachable" which is ridiculous. Let say the Security officer at the main gate didn't let the delivery person in, they would still be able to contact me to pick up the package from the main gate which is not the case. I got no call at all from the delivery person nor anyone regarding the package. So not happy about it.

I watched the ads for a long time, and frankly didn't trust them, which is ironic, considering their advertising line about how the deals are real. Finally, an item came along with a special price for first time users. I decided to gamble on it. Lost that gamble. Their system is broken somewhere and the item I clicked on, and supposedly went in my cart but didn't, before the registration process. During the process I ended up ordering two more items, but was never given the chance to check my cart. The original item was not ordered. I then went back and ordered it but didn't get the promised price. Total elapsed time was 11 minutes. Contacted customer support and talked to a Jasmine. She was unrelenting and didn't care. I will never trust temu again.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
