1. Price of Temu is cheap but most of the item are not good quality, especially clothing. Never order any clothes from Temu.
2. They always ship in the plastic bags so some of the items didn't hold their shape when you receive it and you have to contact their customer service to complain.
3. When return to Temu, they asked you to put their items inside the box but they shipped them to you in the plastic bag!
4. Make sure that you take pictures of everything you send back to them. One time I sent back the only t-shirt in the small shipping box from USPS and the warehouse said that they didn't see anything in the box. Another time I sent back 3 items and the warehouse said they only receive 2 so they won't refund the 3rd item.
Try many times and finally give up because it takes a lot of time to return because the quality is not worth the price you pay.

Hey people out watch out for this guy's... See I did there game task it told me to invite 2 people and u will u complete the task so I did will I invite 30 of my friends and only one went through so that leave me with 29 of my friends the reason why they did not go through is because THEY WAS ASKING FOR THE CREDIT CARD they would not let them sing up with out there CREDIT card information first TO ME I THINK IT WAS A BIG SCAM THIS IS NOT THE FRIST TIME DOING TO ME AT ALL... So I lost my 150 cashapp and all my free stuff and they want to get me $ 10 and that it That crazy

My Experience with Temu

My order was made September 4th 2023 for about $260. The email notification stated delivery will be between 10th - 18th. The last email update I got was on September 6th 2023.

The tracking confirmed my package was out for delivery, no package delivered up till the 18th. No email update was provided. My cell phone number they collected but apparently was of no use to notify me either.

I had to go on the website to find out my package was returned because of "wrong" address. The address I provided was the right one. However, a refund was offered. It was stated that it might take up to 30 days to get it reflected on my account, with a caveat that the amount might change for reasons I don't remember. I have the refund already.

The experience was very frustrating, especially because there was absolutely no communication until I dug further on my own.

To think that Temu is still bringing up advertisements on my phone and computer wanting me to shop for some more items makes me wonder how they are going to deliver those item when I have the same address they could not locate before.

It also seems to me that Temu is very obsessed with 5-star reviews, cos that's all you see on their site. The site does not provide the opportunity to leave honest views about customer experience. No system is provided to provide a resolution to complaints instead your message is with a chat bot that provides generic responses, not specific to your need.

$#*!ty customer service on Temu, I would buy from Ali Express or Wish they have better Customer Service. Everything that I ordered comes broken, cheap Chinese Crap. Stop buying Cheap Garbage from China, buy from the USA, Canadian or made anywhere else in the world. I live 3 hours from any post office, I got to be flown out off where I live, and they want me to return things, unless they pay for the flight to get my items, to send back. I'm A Youtuber with over 6 million Subs.

The order arrived on time. It was complete. The so called promotional gifts are never going to happen but temu say they are happy to help you. By that they mean that they will try their best to get you to spend more. However you will always be one point away.
2 of the items ordered were tiny. More like samples. I Felt a bit cheated
The other items were okay for the amount paid.
At first I was impressed by the purchased blouse. The fabric was green flower print. It arrived very smelly so I washed it and then ironed it. That is when I found out that the print flowers were just stuck onto the fabric and not woven. The size was good, even a little too large but not noticeably so. It will do for gardening in.
Customer service is appalling. Temu will start the chat and then continually ask you to state your issues. Finally they make out that you have left the conversation before closing down the chat.
Choose your items carefully, keep your expectations low.

Since 14/9/2023 driver is not attempting to deliver the package and is taking back to their facility by saying that recipient is not available, I know that driver is playing game, one day he was delivered my package to building number 10, where I live at building number 25, he called me and asked me to come down at building number I asked him what is the address is on package, he said building number 25, then why he's trying to deliver at building number 10, so he vanished my package and sells outside, I called customer service and she tried to contact him on the phone, but he didn't answer as per CSR. Guys be careful with Chinese company and there about on Google as about this fraud company check out on Google

I ordered 13 items from TEMU.COM. All were clothes. I received only 1 item ( a kid's backpack) that I did NOT order. The package indicated the weight of items to be 4kgs while it was such a small package weighing less than 1 kg. I feel this was a calculated scam.

I have only bought from Temu one time but I had a great experience with them. I received my items quickly. Everything looks really good, one sweater is a little smaller than I hoped but it's ok, and I got a satchel bag that was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it's nice as it is. I'm very happy with everything!

Mixed opinion

Okay, first off I have a love /hate for temu, I ordered sooo many times and I love most of what I got, my issues are with the discount and the free gifts, okay first off you jack your prices up 1000% and than tell me Im getting 90% and than theres the games for "free" items, don't put yourself in that rabbit hole, you will think you are getting close than they pull the rug from under your feet, and make it nearly impossible to get your "free" items. Also why do Canadians pay 4 times the amount as Americans? I understand the exchange rate but we pay way more, it doesn't add up. Well thats my 2 cents worth, take it for what it is.

I have heard a lot of things about temu and none of the things was true I have received every single order plus my refund on my items that I didn't need or didn't want or I didn't receive they have always accommodated me myself and my son loves shopping from temu. It's not Temu it's

So this review isn't aimed at Temu so much, well I guess it is because they continue to use the despicable shipping company Ontrac to deliver or not deliver, rather they steal my packages from the Romulus facility in Michigan! I am so tired of them sending order after order with this trash company. 3 orders in a row have gone missing from ontrac and even though Temu has issued a refund for all of them. I don't want a refund, I want my items, they are all nail art related orders so I don't know what ontrac think they are getting valued stuff or maybe they have a nail tech that works there. I don't care! Temu needs to stop using trash track. If my current order doesn't make it and I am issued another refund. That will be my last order from Temu!

At first they were good, but then they get really bad really quick. Only as new user they are good to you, but as you shop more they scam you. I got scammed out of $300. I returned some items and they keep saying they cannot find it, or that I still have it. All I have is a USPS receipt, I guess that was not enough proof that I returned the items. Then one time I did what they told me exactly and was still denied a refund. I even have proof on the chat of what they told me to do. I followed everything they said and they said not to worry, but I never got my refund. I only use it for the free cheap items I get from them by playing their games. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am now just trying to tell everyone not to use it now.

I have returned stuff to be told they didn't get it. The most recent issue was they stuffed 4 orders in a package w 3 pairs of boots and clothes and the bag had huge holes in it and I'm missing pieces they won't do anything about it.

Initially Temu was amazing- however the last three packages the USPS and Fed Ex have only seen labels and packages were not received. The package totals at almost $500 US dollars, they want to give a Temu credit and now again packages not received. Buyer Beware.

Twice I have ordered from TEMU. Free shipping with a minimum order. Seperate returns result in employees lying and saying they did not return items. I have proof I did. Customer service is mostly AI-based. It is frustrating when you chat with a machine to get a problem solved. It is called Artificial Intelligence for a reason. Rarely do you chat with a human, when you do they are equally unhelpful they also seem like they are AI. I think that is their protocol to frustrate customers into not wanting to go through the hassle of returning their junk products. I was told for the second time I returned 2 items they only received one item. I was told the second item was lost in the warehouse so quality control could not verify QC. Rather than refund me my money for both items since TEMU lost my return item in THEIR warehouse they refused to refund me my money for THEM losing my return item in THEIR warehouse. Also, Beware 60% of TEMUs' items are poor quality even for Chinese-made products. Shipping takes a long time. I guess I am used to Amazon quality, top-notch customer service, and QUICK shipping. There is some value in shopping TEMU, but there are also a lot of returns for inaccurate item descriptions. Broken items, wrong items and cheap crap.

As they say, you get what you pay for. Prices are low. Products substandard
And not as described. I was able to get credit for one product without having to return it. Milia patches OK, zipper pulls OK but unidentifiable metal. Easy thread sewing needles OK. Fridge shelf pads to small and looked like cabinet shelving plastic. Magic broom serviceable but cheap materials which will probably not last. Dual sided tape strong enough for paper projects only. Worst of all. The Magic Dog Gate, so unstable a puppy can tear it down, Sizing off, metal construction consists of two telescoping rods that are placed in a cloth seam and inconsistently sized. Truely an unusable product. You take your chances on these cheaply made products. Good luck. My $30 order probable cost less that $10 to manufacuture and ship. By the way the complete order was packed in a shipping bag sealed with tape.
