Everything I have bought from this company is very cheap quality garbage and doesn't even fit I bought 3 shirts from them and the buttons were even on the wrong side and the 4 leather belts I received were supposed the be real leather but are not and they are very thin and were measured wrong which made the 8 inches shorter then they should have been. I also have heard that it is almost impossible to return things and get a refund and it takes forever to get the refund if they agree to send you one and all their product pictures on their site are photoshopped to look much better than they really are. Delivery is also very long because even though the tracking says it's being shipped somewhere in the U.S. it's not it's being shipped from China. It took me a while to learn my lesson but I have and will never order from any of these Chinese internet companies again I'd rather pay more and get quality products sold here in My USA.

It keeps popping up with "FREE""" and then when you go to do it it says that you have to share and then invite ppl. I invite people and it stops giving me "point" once I hit.1 left. It leads you on and never win

It came as a major shock to me that Everything I bought from Temu is fake and substandard. And I mean Everything., I spent good money for nothing. Temu's a great place to get great items for great prices. I personally love Temu and have nothing but great experiences, received everything I've ordered, if it showed up damaged I've been refunded in full (to my Temu account) within about 15 seconds. If I get something that was misleading in design, material or size, refund, 15 seconds, usually with extra no strings money on top. If it shows up late by even a day, $5 in my account. The problem alot of people have is they're expecting quality that isn't realistic, or are just simply impossible to please. Example, when you see a guitar for $80, you're gona get a guitar worth $80, just like Amazon. However they have effects pedals that are identical to some on Amazon and they're half the price. But if you're gona pay $2 for a watch and expect anything more than an arcade ticket reward, Temu's not the problem man. The main thing to keep in mind is, Do you need it? No. You don't. If you did you'd go get it, not wait 2 weeks just to be disappointed and then have an online whine fest. Let's he honest, they know you're not gona return anything, it's not worth what it costs tallied with the time it would take. Again, not realistic. I have gotten burned on a few things but when I look back it was my fault. The descriptions and specs, measurements are accurate. The red flag is when the specs aren't listed, like not listing lumens on a flashlight. But again, did I need it or was I just adding stuff to hit the threshold of a coupon to make the things I really wanted cheaper. Spoiler alert, door #2. Temu could stop with the dumb games though that seem to be near giveaways only to turn into a multi day thorn in the side. Honeslty it's predatory and that's the thing that'll drive people like myself away. I'd they would just stay a marketplace instead of a carnival that'd be great.

I've been 99% satisfied with items from this company. They ship quickly. Communication and tracking is excellent. The return policy is reasonable, but read it before ordering so you'll know what to expect. Sizes have been accurate according to their size charts. Sometimes the price reflects the quality and sometimes quality exceeds expectations.

I ordered from them. They said it will be delivered between the 9/16 to 9/21 I never got the package they resend it and I never got the package and they tell you they cannot refund your money but they use this packaging company call ontrac so you never get your packages. Do you end up losing your money? Do not order because if you do you won't receive what you ordered. I'm pretty sure a lot of people went to that customer service is no good.

I did all the steps to get 5 free items from temu, and I have invited over 10 people waisting my time and effort just to get the stuff and temu was so unreliable and counted down all the way to.10 cent, like you have got to be kidding me just because I couldn't find anyone else for the.10 I got none of the free items, just over all terrible, and terrible marketing too, they use innocent civilians just to try to get more user when in fact we get no reward what so ever for inviting people to this fraud app. Thanks a lot temu for waisting my time and getting my hopes up, and many others you have played. Horrible quality items. Pictures cannot be trusted AT ALL. Everything comes wrapped in tons of plastic and smells terrible. You basically buy garbage.
Their app should not be trusted. Please read about them first before downloading it! I did not install it, but I am still bombed by their agressive marketing on daily basis, after that ONE damn purchase I made from them. Terrible mistake, I really regret ordering there. Stay away from this crap!

I wasted 35.00 ordering items from temu. Only two can be used. I have to donate the rest. Getting refunds from this company is rare. So never again will I order from them. The shelf for outlet have no way for you to attach to the wall. The lazy Suzy dont spin the bottom don't attach and the gold painted rim is already coming off. The refrigerator mask decor is pictured to covered standard top freezer refrigerator it don't its little peel and sticks. The peel and stick that look like bricks is paper thin. No real definition so it will look very cheap on a wall.

I'm moved into an apartment and and wanted several little things to make it nicer. Of the six items I ordered three were either the wrong size or not what I ordered. Temu reply to my request for refunds to keep the products and they would refund immediately. It's been 5 weeks and I keep getting Promises of a refund or it's being considered. I don't expect any refunds. I will never buy from Temu again.
