The service from this company was terrible. They did not deliver goods. You can not contact them and the customer service people were highly rude. I have not had a refund and am left out of pocket. I have sent over 27 emails and they never sent me my web template. I would never use them again. They operate under various trading names. I. e template-help templatemonster... I hope to god that you never have to go through want I have done. They also then want confidential bank details from you when you e-mail them to my shock and horror.

I am feeling very very upset and now they have all my bank details. I have asked my bank to cancel all my bank cards. The service is shocking and no goods, what is more worrying is they ask for all your confidential details, it seems this set up is shocking. I hope that no body has to suffer ever again. The set up operates under various names like "template help" they are just looking for your bank data. They have no downloads and seem to be a bogus company. I have told my bank to stop all cards to prevent them from taking all my money.
