I am a web developer (www.nbw.gr) and have been using TemplateMonster for several years now. I have always been satisfied with the quality and support provided. I mostly buy "website templates" as opposed to CMS templates, which I then adapt to work with our in-house developed CMS, and have always found that their templates are easy to work with, straightforward and very flexible. Two years ago I started working with Prestashop for e-commerce and after a negative experience with another company, have purchased all my Prestashop themes from Templatemonster. Again, professional design, components which actually work and easy to understand documentation for template installation. Same with the occasional Wordpress theme I have bought. All in all, for clients who want a ready made template as opposed to a custom designed one, I have basically stopped looking anywhere else.

I have been using Template Monster for over 10 years as a web dev/ designer. The fact of this duration is due to its fantastic service, support and products! I stumbled upon this site in my efforts and I am perplexed at the reviews I am seeing. I run a company that has used Template Monsters services and products hundreds of times and I have always only ever received the best in service and support!

With all this technology around, being competitive with plain html was really annoying for me since sometimes I need to be an all in one man, putting pictures, combining them, getting weird effects and generally not getting the results I like I felt very frustrated several times. Looking around and always fell in love with wordpress plattform I found a singular company with a singular name, Template Monster, what!,... I saw wonderful themes for WP and Joomla stuff, so Wow, at the very beginning as everybody I felt not sure and investigate a lot about this company, and I am very happy have taken the chance to trust in them and got the decision to get my first template from the "Monster", is a great team of young persons who made me the life easier and the most important with great and permanent support. Is really good to know there are great companies as this, my licenses there are worth it.

I'm a web master with 12 years of experience. I live in Costa Rica and my company is MGI Multimedia (http://www.mgi.co.cr/). I buy templates in Template Monster more or less 3 years ago and all this time have a great costumer and support service, this is more important for me, the technical support, this people always help me fixing or explain me problems in my installation or how make changes in the buying template. And more. Give me discounts and some times, technical support in spanish. Template monster is a great company!

I'm stunned of some reviews here, I basically have had no problems with orders or templates I have bought from TemplateMonster. I have installed the wordpress templates by myself from the scratch and it's been very easy and the templates are good.

I have had like maybe one problem with some template, it didn't quite work with the new wordpress version since it was created for the previous version. I contacted TemplateMonster and they fixed it almost immediately so the service is really fast and professional. Which I honestly didn't think is even going to happen with such low prices. So I really think I have got a really good value for my money - and therefore I can highly recommend TemplateMonster if you need good web templates.

Over recent years I have purchased multiple templates from templatemonster.com, I have to say that they are by far the best template company on the market. The products are well built and are always easy to customise to suit particular needs.

On the rare occasion I have encountered a problem or needed any help their support is always fast and thorough even when an issue has been with a third party extension.

Template Monster always reward their customers with discount codes so there is a great reason to buy again.

I'm surprised there are so many negative reviews of TemplateMonster. I've had just excellent experience with them. I may definitely say they are the best company to choose templates from! They provide good products and support. Their team is very polite and always helps me with any problem I have. Just positive impressions. Try them once and you'll never go anywhere else!

TemplateMonster is a gem among sites in their niche. Beside proven excellent quality of the templates, their biggest asset and "weapon" is highly skilled and quick technical support, which helped me dozens of times when I encountered issues that I had with my clients.

As a Web Administrator I give 5 stars for TemplateMonster and I would recommend my colleagues to check them out!

I really disagree with the negative reviews I've read on this website about Template Monster. I'm a web developer and I've been buying templates off Template Monster since about 2010. I used to pay between $500 to $1500 for my designer to create a web design concept for my clients... and 7/10 times he'd miss the mark the first (and even the second) time!

As a small business owner, buying web templates off Template Monster was one of the smartest moves I made, as I saved my clients money and I also made more profit for myself. I wouldn't dream of paying a creative designer now, as I can get several pages of well coded templates, css files, Javascript & oodles of JQuery libraries, plus the original creative file all for all of about $50-$90, and I can have a base website up and running within 1 day (compared to 5-7 days in the past!).

So I'd therefore totally recommend Template Monster for their easy-to-use website, well-priced templates, comprehensive file inclusion, customer service, and fast turn around once you've purchased.

The time has proven that TemplateMonster is the right place to know about trends in Web pages, design, and technologies. All their products are tested carefully and have support in case of any problem.

Now, besides web templates in html5, with or without CMS, e-commerce and flash there are templates for powerpoint, photoshop, corporate design and After Effects. Good pricing, and good people that you can contact any time. The blog is one of the best things for designers, a lot of good stuff.

Just go though some of the negative review, and i am totally disagree
I am a small business owner, and i set up 5-6 website so far, all i purchase the theme in template monster.
What i love template monster the most, is their customer service, every time i face a problem, what i just need to do is contact the live chat. They just assist me with very patiencely.And everytime my problem also solve very well.
I remember 1 time, i totally cant solve my problem myself, they even check for me inside my website. Which is solve immediately
I am a business owner which totally didnt have any knowledge in coding, i really thank you for Template monster which provide me such a beautiful design with International standard, everything is just simple and easy
The website i fully customizable even i dont have any knowledge in coding.
The website i have now is fully functionable, everytime i face problem when wordpress update, i just contact the live support on site, and the problem solve everytime
I already use Template monster in almost 2 years since my business start, until now I am very happy on their service,.
Everytime they also let me know about the promotion and campaign they doing which make me save a lot of money.
As conclusion, I am very happy with Template Monster.If you have no knowledge in web design and coding, but you still want to own a website, Template monster always your first choice, so I am.
