I needed some help to choose the right (simple and user friendly) template for my new business. The operator gave me all the info I needed and encouraged me to start with a free trial version.
I bombarded Sally (representative) with lots of questions. She was so patient and figured out everything I needed. Way to go!
The Templates are awesome and useful, it gave more good inside and easily to read and customize color, themes, layout etc. Great stuff!

In my case, yes, I agree that they have the most beautiful templates for website. I bought a template for my prestashop and two extra services (logochange and installation). For me, I won't deal with template monster any more after that. The reason is below.
Logochange service ($49) - yes, they will change the logo for you on the excite location of the template. You can do it you own and save $49, you just need to save your logo using excite same name and extension and put it on your web template. That's all. Template monster will not coding\removing or adding additional thing for you. EASY MONEY THEY CAN MAKE.
Installation server ($49) - $#*!. The meaning for installation is not template installation. In my case, I run Prestashop for many years with a lot of items and customer information on it. They said installation means flush install prestashop. How about my old data? Yes, they can transfer it for you for US$199. When you purchase a template on PrestaShop website, you only need to apply the template and "ALMOST" ready to go.
For my recommendation, if you own a PrestaShop and you have a lot of data, please think about it before you make a purchase from template monster.
I spoke with Sandy today over chat, as I had some questions about what theme would work best with my needs. I own 13 properties, and need a fresh look for my site. She made some great suggestions on themes, as well as hosting and domain registration. I feel confident using TemplateMoster, as I know they have great support! Thanks Sandy!
