Template Monster provides the best support I have experienced. All the support staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Vicki, in particular, is excellent and goes the extra mile when trying to help.
They have plenty layouts and all has nice colors and modern design.
Content management is hard to build from scratch it take up to 1 month with team of people.
This can be eliminated with templatemonster because they hire professional developers who designing templates full time.
The optimization and chosing is good also need some knowledge to alter and customize the whole thing but without them template the time will take weeks.
Thanks to them the time will be saved and also the price is valuable save time and money.
I recommend for everyone who earn money from web designing or even for students and single persons.
Basically templatemonster can handle single individual needs to the large corporations where on both cases the time is important.

I needed to edit the layout of the Joomla template and the chat service from Erica at TemplateMonster was excellent. She knew exactly what to do and gave me clear and quick instructions.

They sold a template without admin, we asked for refund so we could purchase the same one with an admin. They did an under the table exchange by sending us a link not putting it through the account or doing a refund. When we looked at the link we found it was 30$ less than we had paid, they refused to refund the difference. Very sketchy overseas phone support and rude to boot. I will never buy from here again.
No surprise in their response. We have your money and will keep it. They will only post good reviews on their site, mine was not posted on item *******. I also forgot to mention that since we expected a simple refund process I purchased the same template with admin for $30.00 less and they canceled my purchase. These people are very schetchy "Buyer beware"!
